Real Estate Professionals Making The News Artisan Realty Capital (212-841-9230) was formed by Jeffrey M. Granowitz, a former principal at The Praedium Group. Artisan Realty Capital is located in New York, NY and was established to invest in value add debt and equity investments in select markets along the East Coast and Midwest. Granowitz, managing director, formed Artisan along with David J. Domm, who worked with Granowitz at The Praedium Group. Over the past 15 years, the two have actively managed the investment, financing, management and disposition of more than $1 billion in real estate assets throughout the U.S. and Canada.
Taubman Centers, Inc. (248-258-7469) announced the appointment of David Weinert as senior vice president of leasing. The 17-year veteran of the Taubman leasing department will be assuming his new responsibilities effective July 1. Weinert succeeds Courtney Lord, who has agreed to provide consulting services to Taubman Centers beginning in July.
