Woodcrest Center is located on Haddonfield-Berlin Road. The center has 18 tenants, including the 25,652 sq.ft. Subzi Manzi supermarket. Wheaton Plaza is located on Route 47. The center is anchored by Acme supermarket and is tenanted by Chow’s Express, Mandee’s, Gullo’s Hair Salon and Hard Times Restaurant.
Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. (212-557-9090) has been named exclusive agent for retail space at 67 Prince Street on the northwest corner of Crosby in New York, NY. The 2,200 sq.ft. space is currently occupied by Kent Gallery and consists of 1,200 sq.ft. of ground floor space and a 1,000 sq.ft. basement.
R.K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) is exclusively representing Downtown Crossing, a 171,000 sq.ft. center under construction on Mamaroneck Avenue, between Martine Avenue and Court Street, in White Plains, NY. The leasing assignment entails approximately 100,000 sq.ft. of retail space on two levels. The project is slated to include a children’s museum in addition to big-box and specialty retailers.
