Lease Signings Sansone Group (314-727-6664) signed a lease for 6,790 sq.ft. with Beauty Brands, Inc. at the Shoppes at Cross Keys, a center located at 14001 New Halls Ferry Road in St. Louis, MO.
Horizon Properties of Miami, Inc. (786-514-7149) signed four leases totaling over 9,000 sq.ft. with Chick N Grill. The four new FL locations include a 2,129 sq.ft. space in Saint Andrews Plaza located at 21090 St. Andrews Boulevard in Boca Raton; a 2,800 sq.ft. space in Sheridan Muvico located at the intersection of Sheridan Street and Interstate 75; a 2,296 sq.ft. space in Pembroke Commons located at 610 North University Drive in Pembroke Pines and a 2,235 sq.ft. space in Skylake Mall located at 1696 NE Miami Gardens Drive in North Miami Beach. The company also signed the following leases: 1,200 sq.ft. for five years with Verizon Wireless at Kendall Breeze Shopping Center in Miami, FL and 4,000 sq.ft. for 10 years with CiCi’s Pizza at the intersection of 68th Street and 28th Avenue in Hialeah, FL.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) negotiated the following two leases for Echelon Plaza, an 86,000 sq.ft. center located on White Horse Road in Voorhees, NJ: with D.B. Chocolatier and Coconut Bay for a total of 5,313 sq.ft. The center is anchored by Genuardi’s.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (312-935-1400) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Eatzi at Century Shopping Centre in Chicago, IL.
The Rouse Co. (410-992-6020) signed the following leases at the Mall St. Matthews located at 5000 Shelbyville Road in St. Matthews, KY: 3,600 sq.ft. with J. Jill, 6,100 sq.ft. with Hollister Co. and 1,600 sq.ft. with Underground Station.

At Freshwater Commons in Enfield, CT, the company signed a lease for 40,000 sq.ft. with Tractor Supply and a lease 2,250 sq.ft. with Laundry Express. At The Marketplace in Port St. Lucie, FL, the company signed a lease for 1,133 sq.ft. with C&C Insurance and a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Donna’s Drop-Off Laundry.
