Lease Signings Tulepan Management, LLC (954-603-0455) signed a 10-year lease for 3,500 sq.ft. with Bank of America at the Somerset Shoppes located in Boca Raton, FL. The 188,000 sq.ft. center is currently 100% leased. Anchors include T.J. Maxx, Michaels and Loehmanns.
NAI Hiffman (630-693-0640) signed a lease for 3,016 sq.ft. with Wool and Company/Simple Gifts at 23 South Third Street in Geneva, IL within the Fashion Walk Shops. Wool and Company/Simple Gifts is a retailer specializing in knitting goods and accessories.
Rose Associates, Inc. (212-210-6666) signed the following two leases totaling 2,822 sq.ft. at The Capitol at Chelsea located at 776 Avenue of the Americas at West 27th Street in New York, NY: 1,250 sq.ft. of ground floor spaces to LensCrafters Optique and 1,572 sq.ft. with Naila Spa.
NAI Olympia Partners (317-264-9400) signed a lease for 4,200 sq.ft. with Bubbaz Grill at Valley Ridge Shops, a center located at the intersection of Southport Road and Emerson Avenue in Indianapolis, IN.
Michael Salove Co. Commercial Real Estate (610-664-8100) signed leases with Green Street Consignment, Nextel Communications and Sam’s Grill for several Chestnut Street properties in Philadelphia, PA. Green Street Consignment will occupy the first and second floors of 1733 Chestnut Street. Nextel Communications will also occupy a space on the 1700 block of Chestnut Street, while Sam’s Grill will occupy the space at 1907 Chestnut Street.
Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments (480-888-0888) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with Embroid Me at Goodyear Plaza, a center located at 2160 North Alma School Road in Chandler, AZ. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 29,971 sq.ft. with Goodwill Industries at Marcos De Niza Plaza, a center located at 705-831 East Guadalupe Road in Tempe, AZ.
Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (856-222-3013) signed the following leases at Richboro Plaza, an 80,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Second Street Pike and Route 332 in Richboro, PA: 4,000 sq.ft. with Carriage Stop, a card and gift shop, and 600 sq.ft. with Richboro Optique.
