Transmark Co. is developing a 40,000 sq.ft. site located at the main entrance to the Rockaway Townsquare Mall, a two million sq.ft. mall in Morris County, NJ. The development will feature streetscape architecture running adjacent to Interstate 80 at the interchange of Mount Hope. Area retail includes Target, Petsmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Best Buy, Michael’s, Borders and Linens ‘N Things. Tenants at Rockaway Townsquare Mall include Sprint, Rockaway Bedding, Supercuts, Coldstone Creamery, Fatburger and Verizon Wireless. Mall anchors include Macy’s, Lord and Taylor, JCPenney and Sears. Area demographics include a population of 342,000 within 10 miles earning $106,367 as the average household income. The site located along Interstate 80 at Mount Hope has an average daily traffic count of 135,120 vehicles.

H.G. Hill Realty Co. is planning to develop Hill Center – Green Hills, a $70 million lifestyle center located in Green Hills, TN. The center will feature small shops, restaurants and offices. The 10-acre site, located on Hillsboro Road, will be developed into a center with 162,000 sq.ft. of retail and restaurant space and 126,000 sq.ft. of office space. Sandor Development is developing Corinth Commons, a center located at the intersection of Highway 72 and Harper in Corinth, MS. The 150,000 sq.ft. center will be anchored by Goody’s. Erwin L. Greenberg Commercial Corp. has began construction of the Phase III portion of Burwood Village Center, a 116,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Baltimore-Annapolis Boulevard and Furnace Branch Road in Anne Arundel County, MD. The section, which is expected to be completed by this Fall, will feature 15,300 sq.ft. of inline retail space and is presently 65% leased.
