Inland Real Estate Sales, Inc. acquired the following centers throughout TN: The Columns in Jackson and Harvest Town Center in Knoxville. The company acquired The Columns for $20.8 million. The 173,587 sq.ft. center is anchored by a 30,000 sq.ft. Best Buy, a 28,000 sq.ft. Marshall’s, a 14,800 sq.ft. Old Navy, a 20,187 sq.ft. Ross Dress For Less, a 20,000 sq.ft. Bed Bath & Beyond and other national, regional and local tenants. The center is shadow-anchored by an 88,408 sq.ft. Kohl’s. The company acquired Harvest Town Center for $8.95 million. The 32,965 sq.ft. center is located on North Broadway Street and is tenanted by CVS, Taco Bell, Krispy Kreme and Ruby Tuesday.
