Lease Signings


Sizeler Property Investors, Inc. (504-471-6200) signed a lease for 32,000 sq.ft. with City Furniture for an Ashley Furniture store at the Westward Shopping Center in West Palm Beach, FL. The center is cotenanted by Office Depot, Sports Authority, Old Navy, PetsMart and Haverty Furniture. When Ashley Furniture opens, the center will be 95% occupied.

 

H&R Retail (703-356-8230) signed the following leases: 21,600 sq.ft. with PetsMart at Mount Vernon Plaza located at the intersection of Route 1 and Fordham Road in Alexandria, VA; 3,368 sq.ft. with Asylum Wake Skate and Snow at Westgate Shopping Center located on Sudley Road in Manassas, VA; 2,741 sq.ft. with Moe’s Southwest Grill at York Marketplace Shopping Center located on York Road in Cockeysville, MD; 1,900 sq.ft. with Moe’s Southwest Grill and 1,033 sq.ft. with Insomnia Cookies at Terrapin Station on Baltimore Avenue in College Park, MD; 1,500 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless at Largo Town Center located at the intersection of Landover Road and Central Avenue in Largo, MD; 1,500 sq.ft. with X3 at White Flint Station located on Rockville Pike in Rockville, MD; 1,310 sq.ft. with Starlight Video at Westview Center located at the intersection of Baltimore National Pike and Interstate 695 in Baltimore, MD; and 1,200 sq.ft. with Simply Wireless at the Shoppes At Central Park in Fredericksburg, VA.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed the following leases with Quizno’s Sub throughout NY: 10 years for 1,423 sq.ft. at Highridge Plaza on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers; 15 years for 1,400 sq.ft. on Halstead Avenue in Harrison and 15 years for 1,600 sq.ft. on Route 59 in Nyack.

 

Crosland (704-561-5256) signed a lease for 8,000 sq.ft. with City Tavern at Jetton Village, a center located at the intersection of Catawba Avenue and Old Jetton Road in Cornelius, NC. The space was formerly owned by Southend Brewery.

 

Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) represented Regis Corp., doing business as Best Cuts, Super Cuts and First Choice Hair Cutters, in the following leases throughout OH: 1,600 sq.ft. in Broadview Heights; 1,220 sq.ft. in Lodi; 2,000 sq.ft. in Streetsboro; 1,285 sq.ft. in Hudson; 1,500 sq.ft. in Norwalk; 1,500 sq.ft. in Tiffin and 1,520 sq.ft. in Strongsville.

 

Breslin Realty Development Corp. (516-741-7400) signed a lease for 42,000 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond in Sayville, NY. The space was formerly occupied by King Kullen and is located directly in front of a 555,000 sq.ft. center.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,625 sq.ft. with Club Tan at Broadway Albertsons Center located at the intersection of North Harrison Road and Broadway Boulevard in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 900 sq.ft. with Nail Trix and for 1,200 sq.ft. with Regis Corp. for a Style America at Safeway Sahuarita Center located at the intersection of La Canada Drive and Duval Mine Road in Sahuarita, CA. Opening for both stores is slated for the second quarter of 2005. The company also signed a lease for 1,040 sq.ft. with Sew What Tailor at the Shops at Camp Lowell located on North Swan Road in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 1,040 sq.ft. with Advance America Cash Advance Centers of Arizona at Silverbell Plaza II Shopping Center located on North Silverbell Road in Tucson, AZ. The company also signed a lease for 1,370 sq.ft. with Carol’s Coffee Shoppe at Oro Valley Center located on North La Canada Drive in Oro Valley, AZ.

 

Noddle Cos. (800-365-1616) signed a lease for 32,000 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond at Aksarben Village in Omaha, NE; 1,800 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at Empire Park Shopping Center in Omaha, NE; 18,444 sq.ft. with Estherville, IA; 802 sq.ft. with Oakridge Jewelers at Montwood Mall in El Paso, TX; 1,750 sq.ft. with Tomaso’s at Marion Square Plaza in Marion, IA; 1,200 sq.ft. with Great Wall Chinese at Plaza 251 in Mentoda, IL; and 1,400 sq.ft. with Check Into Cash at Yankton Plaza in Yankton, SD.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 17,000 sq.ft. with Urban Outfitters on Third Avenue, between the intersection of 59th and 60th Streets, in New York, NY. Opening is slated for the Spring of next year.

 

Stirling Properties (225-926-4481) signed a lease for 6,254 sq.ft. with Aaron Rents at Gonzales Plaza Shopping Center located on North Airline Highway in Gonzales, LA. The company also signed a lease for 808 sq.ft. with inFront Devices & Systems at Park Place Office Building in Covington, LA. The company also signed a lease for 84,180 sq.ft. with Belk at Eastgate Plaza Shopping Center located on East 70th Street in Shreveport, LA.

 

Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services (949-727-1200) signed a 10-year lease for 3,328 sq.ft. with California Fish Grill at the Crossroads Shopping Center on Barranca Parkway in Irvine, CA. Opening is slated for the end of the first quarter of next year.
