Lease Signings


Millennium Properties (312-338-3001) signed leases with the following retailers at Parkview Plaza Shopping Center, a 50,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 30th and Halsted in Chicago, IL: 3,337 sq.ft. with Footlocker and 13,614 sq.ft. with Unique Thrift Store. The company also signed a lease for 1,212 sq.ft. with Archer Bank at 5813 South Archer in Chicago, IL.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530)  signed a three-year lease for 1,050 sq.ft. with Trophy City, Inc. at Big Lots Plaza located at the intersection of University Drive and 57th Street in Tamarac, FL. The company also signed a five-year lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Sushi Catering Services, Inc. at the Shoppes of Cooper City located at the intersection of Sheridan Street and Flamingo Road in Cooper City, FL.

 

CB Richard Ellis (602-735-5555) signed a 10-year lease for 29,000 sq.ft. with Terri’s Consign and Design Furnishings at the intersection of Raintree and 101 in Scottsdale, AZ.

 

Divaris Real Estate, Inc. (804-643-4700) signed a lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Liberty Tax Service at Brookhill Azalea Shopping Center located at 5242 Chamberlayne Avenue in Richmond, VA. Cotenants include Food Lion, Cititrends, Dollar General and A&N.

 

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed three leases with Video Warehouse totaling 15,000 sq.ft. at the following locations: a pad site on Route 250 in Staunton, VA; at Stafford Marketplace, a 720,000 sq.ft. center located in Stafford County, VA and at Beckley Crossing in Beckley, WV.

 

Sugarland Properties, Inc. (713-523-7900) signed a lease for 1,343 sq.ft. with Starbucks at Sugar Land Town Center, a 32-acre development in Sugar Land, TX.  The coffee shop adjoins the Sugar Land Marriott Town Square at the ground floor of the Marriott building and includes a main street entrance as well as an entrance to the hotel lobby. Cotenants include P.F. Chang’s China Bistro, Bombay/BombayKIDS, Café Express, Charter Title Co., Houstonian Lite, Jamba Juice, Perry’s Grille & Steakhouse, Japaneiro’s Sushi Bistro and Latin Grill and Baker Street Pub. The company also signed a lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual at Town Center Lakeside Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. 59 and Highway 6 in Sugar Land, TX. Cotenants include Super Target, Sally’s Beauty Supply, Jared Jewelers, Subway, Beck’s Prime, Houston Federal Credit Union, Aaron Brothers Art & Framing, Tattle Tale Gifts, Pei Wei Asian Diner, Payless Shoes, Madras Pavilion, Panera Bread and La-Z-Boy.

 

Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services (914-328-2222) signed 160,000 sq.ft. in leases with Washington Mutual, Inc. throughout Westchester, Long Island and New York, NY and NJ. The average space requirements for a Washington Mutual site is 3,500 sq.ft.

 

Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments (480-888-0888) signed a lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Liberty Service and Washington Mutual at Lindsay Marketplace at 2727-2753 East Broadway Road in Mesa, AZ.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors, LLC (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 32,138 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond at Oracle Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of Oracle and Orange Grove Roads in Tucson, AZ. The center is anchored by T.J. Maxx, Woodcraft Stores, The Beverage Warehouse, Popular Store and Patio Pools.

 

HSA Commercial Real Estate (312-683-7245) signed a lease for 1,100 sq.ft. with Starbucks at the University of Chicago, located at the intersection of 55th and Woodlawn in the Hyde Park area of Chicago, IL.

 

Sansone Group (314-727-1705) signed a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with Nextel Retail Stores, Inc. at La Frontera Village located at 115 Sundance Parkway in Round Rock, TX.

 

Realty Resources (757-490-7800) signed the following leases: 30,000 sq.ft. with Marketplace Foods in Menomonee, WI; 1,200 sq.ft. with Roly Poly at Rum River Crossings in Anoka, MN; 65,408 sq.ft. with Furniture World at San Juan Center in Citrus Heights, CA; 7,500 sq.ft. with Famous Footwear at Park West Place in Stockton, CA; 39,168 sq.ft. with Sam Ash Megastore at Beltway Center in Springdale, OH and 32,516 sq.ft. at Castleton Plaza in Indianapolis, IN; 9,354 sq.ft. with Unfinished Furniture Mart at Colonial Square in Colonial Heights, VA; 2,800 sq.ft. with Jade Dragon at Brentwood Commons in Bensenville, IL; 3,000 sq.ft. with Payless Shoes at Nordahl Marketplace in San Marcos, CA; 2,971 sq.ft. with Rancho Beauty Supply at Vista Village in Vista, CA; 19,272 sq.ft. with Asia Mart at Meadowbrook Plaza in Troy, MI; 2,300 sq.ft. with Pita Pit at 311 South Main Street in Royal Oak, MI; 1,200 sq.ft. with Wireless Direct at Loading Dock Plaza in Keego Harbor, MI.
