Lease Signings Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 20,661 sq.ft. with Old Navy at Airport Square, a 251,400 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route 309, Route 463 and Upper State Road in Montgomeryville, PA. Opening is slated for September. The center is cotenanted by Borders Books, Toys “R” Us and Marshalls.
Have Site Will Travel, Ltd. (804-288-3393) signed a lease for 6,350 sq.ft. with Mattress King at the Bermuda Square Shopping Center located in Chester, VA. The space was formerly occupied by Trak Auto. The center is anchored by Ukrops Super Markets.
