Mall Properties, Inc. (212-935-1330) signed leases with Cracker Barrel Old Country Store and Texas Steakhouse & Saloon at Mercury Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Mercury Boulevard and Power Plant Parkway in Hampton, VA. Opening for both restaurants is slated for the Fall 2004.

DLC Management Corp. (914-631-3131) signed the following leases: 1,200 sq.ft. with EZ Money LP and 7,953 sq.ft. with Aaron Rents at Whiterock Marketplace in Dallas, TX; 2,400 sq.ft. with JSL, Inc. at College Plaza in Fort Myers, FL; 13,000 sq.ft. with Academy of Entrepreneurship at Luria’s Plaza in Vero Beach, FL; 1,600 sq.ft. with N-Tux at University Place in Carbondale, IL; 8,450 sq.ft. with Aaron Rents at Piedmont Plaza in Greenwood, SC; 1,614 sq.ft. with Sally Beauty at Williamsburg Shopping Center in Williamsburg, VA; 1,600 sq.ft. with Tip & Toe at Nora Corners Shopping Center in Indianapolis, IN; 2,600 sq.ft. with Contractors Outlet at Wing Park in Elgin, IL; 3,813 sq.ft. with Work n’ Gear at Beach Shopping Center in Peekskill, NY and 1,316 sq.ft. with Dry Cleaning Station at Orange Promenade in Orange, CT.
Noddle Development Co. (800-365-1616) signed a lease for 26,880 sq.ft. with Tractor Supply at Riverside Square in Prairie du Chien, WI; 26,804 sq.ft. with Melanders Appliance & TV at Storm Lake Plaza in Storm Lake, IA and 1,306 sq.ft. with Embroidme at Oakbrook Shopping Center in Littleton, CO.

Insite Commercial Group/TCN Worldwide (248-355-6141) signed a lease with Kentucky Fried Chicken at 2245 West Stadium in Ann Arbor, MI. The space was leased for a relocation of an existing KFC in Ann Arbor. The company also signed a lease with Pancheros Mexican Grille in Livonia, MI.

Atlas Partners Commercial Brokerage, LLC (312-516-5704) signed a lease for 1,760 sq.ft. with Chernin’s Shoe Outlet at Oswego Commons Shopping Center in Oswego, IL.

RD Management (212-265-6600) in conjunction with TKO Real Estate Advisory Group (609-587-6200) signed a lease for 30,000 sq.ft. with ASW Theaters for an eight-plex freestanding theater at Westland Mall located in Columbus, OH. The theater will offer movies for $1.
The Proto Group, LLC (203-234-6371) signed the following leases throughout CT: 3,000 sq.ft. for five years with Dollar Store at the Walgreens Plaza, a center located at 284 South Colony Road in Wallingford; 6,800 sq.ft. for five years with Better Bedding Stores at 1104 North Colony Road in Wallingford; 27,000 sq.ft. for 10 years with Michaels Crafts at The Plaza at Buckland Hills located in Manchester; 20,000 sq.ft. for 10 years with Staples at 89 North Main Street in Branford; 11,180 sq.ft. for five years with Dollar Tree Stores at 1310 Main Street in Willimantic; 1,048 sq.ft. for five years with Nextel at 1351 Whalley Avenue in New Haven and 1,610 sq.ft. for 10 years with Quizno’s at Tommy K’s Plaza located in New Haven.

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed the following four leases at Oak Grove Plaza, a 160,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 78 and Murphy Road in Sachse, TX: 1,200 sq.ft. with Roly Poly; 1,500 sq.ft. with Kolache Depot Bakery; 1,100 sq.ft. with Donut Palace and 3,300 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual Bank.
Northwest Atlantic Real Estate Services (914-328-2222) signed two leases with Jamba Juice in New York, NY. The stores will be located in Times Square and in Midtown Manhattan. Jamba Juice currently operates more than 400 stores throughout 24 states and Washington, DC. It plans to open 15 more smoothie stores in Manhattan by year’s end and 30 thereafter in the NY area.

Shary Thur Associates (703-847-0865) signed the following leases: 2,500 sq.ft. with Ravensworth Auto on Port Royal Road in Springfield, VA; 7,980 sq.ft. with Family Dollar at Briggs Chaney in Silver Spring, MD; 1,600 sq.ft. with Juice Zone at 1990 K Street in Washington, DC; 560 sq.ft. with Cigar Town at Reston Town Center in Reston, VA; and 2,100 sq.ft. with Batteries Plus at 11213 G Lee Highway in Fairfax, VA.

Feldco Development Corp. (781-326-7370) signed a lease for 15,500 sq.ft. with Staples at Eagle Square Shopping Center located at the intersection of Atwells Avenue and Eagle Street in Providence, RI. Opening is slated for the Summer.
Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed the following two leases: 2,400 sq.ft. with Curvatures Fitness Center & Day Spa at North Torrance Shopping Center located on 190th Street in Torrance, CA. The lease is for five years with a consideration of approximately $250,000. Opening is slated for June; and 2,920 sq.ft. with Maldonado Furniture at Whittier Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Whittier Boulevard and Valley Home in Whittier, CA. The lease is for 50 months, with a consideration of approximately $125,000. Opening is slated for this month.

Courtelis Co. (305-261-4330) signed the following leases at Bed Bath & Beyond Plaza, a 97,337 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of 107th Avenue and 19th Street in Miami, FL: 5,100 sq.ft. with Bo Concepts, a Danish retail furniture chain; 1,400 sq.ft. with Starbucks; 2,400 sq.ft. with Moe’s Southwest Grill; 1,300 sq.ft. with Quizno’s Sub and 1,300 sq.ft. with A+ Nails. The center is situated on a land area of 10 acres. Area retail includes Miami International Mall. The company also signed the following leases at Airpark Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Red Road and Northwest 7th Street in Miami, FL: 1,200 sq.ft. with EB Games; 1,066 sq.ft. with Del Toro Insurance; 1,214 sq.ft. with The UPS Store; 1,330 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless; 1,392 sq.ft. with Lupa Shoes and 1,387 sq.ft. with Galleria & Décor Unlimited. The center is currently tenanted by Publix Supermarket, Home Depot and Expo Design Center.

Flocke & Avoyer Commercial Real Estate (619-398-4673) signed the following leases: 1,642 sq.ft. with J&J Cabinets at Sports Arena Village located at 3740 Sports Arena Boulevard in San Diego, CA. The lease is for three years and a consideration of $73,809; 10,771 sq.ft. with David’s Bridal Shop at a space formerly occupied by Mission Valley Stroud’s building located at 980 Camino de la Reina in Mission Valley, CA. The lease is for 10 years and a consideration of $3,653,739. Opening is slated for this month; and 4,000 sq.ft. including a drive-thru with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts at Creekside Market Place, a center located at the intersection of San Marcos Boulevard and Highway 78 in San Marcos, CA. The lease is for 15 years and a consideration of $1.485 million. Opening is slated for August.

Garrick-Aug Worldwide, Ltd. (212-557-9090) signed a lease for 1,775 sq.ft. with Optique by Lenscrafters at 1199 First Avenue and the southwest corner of 65th Street in New York, NY. The space was formerly occupied by Pacifica Restaurant. Opening is slated for the Summer. Area retail includes Straight from the Crate, Manhattan Grille, Duane Reade, Gristede’s, Citibank, Apple Bank, Haagen Dazs, Zaza, Maya Restaurant and Focaccia Fiorentina. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Judith Leiber, an accessories retailer, at 680 Madison Avenue, at the northwest corner of 61st Street, in New York, NY. The site is directly opposite of Barneys and was formerly occupied by Le Bistro De Maxims. Area retail includes Hermes, Calvin Klein, DKNY, Celine, Luca Luca, Cole Haan, Steuben, Ann Taylor, John Lobb, Christofle, Sherry Lehmann, Lalique and Church’s.
