Lease Signings Atlas Partners, LLC (312-516-5700) signed the following leases throughout IL: 1,500 sq.ft. with Oreck Home Care at Oswego Commons Shopping Center in Oswego; 2,900 sq.ft. with Charter One Bank at 3936 West Devon in Lincolnwood; 7,973 sq.ft. with Chernin’s Shoe Outlet at Liberty Plaza Shopping Center located on Lincoln Highway in Matteson; 1,200 sq.ft. with Oreck Home Care at McHenry Town Center East, a center located in McHenry, IL; 1,080 sq.ft. with Tanning Salon at The Shops at the Glen in Glenview, IL.

Grubb & Ellis Co. (561-893-6234) signed a lease for 5,120 sq.ft. with Blockbuster Video at 5500 Military Trail in Jupiter, FL.
Edgemark Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (630-472-1010) signed the following leases throughout WI: 1,500 sq.ft. with LA Weight Loss at Eisenhower Plaza in Appleton; 1,615 sq.ft. with LA Weight Loss at Grandview Plaza in Appleton and 12,724 sq.ft. with Factory Card Outlet at Racine Centre in Racine. Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 3,000 sq.ft. with Payless ShoeSource at Centerton Square, a center located at the intersection of Route 295 and Route 38 in Mt. Laurel, NJ. Opening is slated for later this year. The company also signed a lease for 1.24 acres with Commerce Bank at 1120 Tilton Road in Northfield, NJ. The space was formerly occupied by an IHOP restaurant. Opening is slated for September.
Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) finalized deals with Buffalo Wild Wings Grill and Bar, Qdoba Mexican Grill and The UPS Store at Cantera Commons, a 220,000 sq.ft. center located in Warrensville, IL. Buffalo Wild Wings acquired a 1.6-acre parcel from the anchoring Super Target and plans a Fall opening. Qdoba Mexican Grill leased 2,000 sq.ft. and is slated to open during late Spring. The UPS Store leased 1,075 sq.ft. and plans to open this month.
NewQuest Properties (281-477-4300) signed the following leases throughout TX: 25,731 sq.ft. with Northern Tools at Highway 59 South in Houston; 3,320 sq.ft. for 10 years with Paul’s Pizza Shop and 1,535 sq.ft. for five years with Philly Connection at Spring Town Center, a 247,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl in Spring; 1,400 sq.ft. for five years with Supercuts at The Shops at Spring Town Center, a 60,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of FM 2920 and Kuykendahl in Spring; and 1,400 sq.ft. for 10 years with Quizno’s at Saratoga Town Center, a 65,260 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Saratoga and Staples in Corpus Christi.
