Mosle’s experience includes acquisition, asset management, business development, economic feasibility, leasing, marketing and property management. Prior to joining Street-Works, Mosle worked for Federal Realty Investment Trust, Grosvenor International and The Rouse Company. Her experience included the development of Pentagon Road in Arlington, VA; the redevelopment of The Village at Shirlington in Arlington, VA; Northbrook Court and 830 Michigan Avenue in Chicago, IL and WestShore Plaza in Tampa, FL. Throughout her career, she has acquired, managed and developed more than seven million sq.ft. of retail space.
Pivotal Properties, LLC (781-273-5665) announced that Joel Kadis has joined the company as a senior officer. Kadis will oversee the management and leasing of the company’s growing portfolio of retail properties.
Studley (212-326-1000) announced that Robert L. Pressman has joined the company as executive vice president of its national retail division. The newly-formed group will be co-headquartered in New York, NY and Los Angeles, CA. Studley’s national retail division will specialize in providing real estate and financial services for the retail and consumer products industry. Pressman has experience in retail real estate, finance and operations. Prior to joining Studley, he served as executive managing director of the retail management consulting group at Cushman & Wakefield.
DeBartolo Development (813-908-8400) changed its name from DeBartolo Property Group. The company, which will maintain its headquarters in Tampa, inherits a business portfolio consisting of nearly 800 million sq.ft. under development. The company will continue to maintain offices in Cleveland, OH; Phoenix, AZ and Pittsburgh, PA. To run the new affiliate, DeBartolo has named Edward Kobel as president and chief operating officer.
