(602-248-0600) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 2,350 sq.ft. with Rosario Italian Restaurante at Olive Crossing Shopping Center located at 9250 North 43rd Avenue in Glendale; 1,050 sq.ft. with Advantage Cleaners at Thunderbird Crossing Shopping Center located at the intersection of Thunderbird Road and 83rd Avenue in Peoria; 1,230 sq.ft. with Wooden Nickel Smokers Outpost Co. at Woodlands Village, a center located at 2600 Woodlands Village Boulevard in Flagstaff; 2,084 sq.ft. with Panache Salon at Cinema Park Shopping Center located at 5533 North 7th Street in Phoenix and 12,963 sq.ft. with Paradise Valley Antiques and Furnishings at 15470 North Greenway-Hayden Loop in Scottsdale.
Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Services (949-727-1200) signed a lease for 2,456 sq.ft. with #1 Pro Nails at the Gateway Village Center, a 22,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Red Hill and Edinger in Tustin, CA. The center will be cotenanted by T-Mobile, Fresca’s Mexican Restaurant, Starbucks, Quizno’s and Juice It Up. Opening for #1 Pro Nails is slated for the first quarter of 2005.
NewQuest Properties (713-523-6630) signed the following leases throughout TX: 3,551 sq.ft. with $1.00 Store at the intersection of FM 518 and FM 1128 in Pearland; 1,520 sq.ft. with Subway at Blackhawk Town Center, a 32,420 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Blackhawk in southeast Houston; 1,740 sq.ft. with Champions Golden Mushroom Florist on FM 2920 in Houston; 28,640 sq.ft. with PetsMart at Willowbrook Shopping Center located at the intersection of SH 249 and FM 1960 in Houston; 22,936 sq.ft. with PetsMart at Deerbrook Marketplace, a center located on U.S. 59 in Humble and 15,000 sq.ft. with Golf Galaxy at Baybrook Square, a 297,555 sq.ft. center in Houston.

Both retailers are slated to open during the Fall. The center is anchored by Lord & Taylor and Best Buy.
