The Leslie Group is preleasing Wyandot Pointe, a 200,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of U.S. 23 and 30 North in Upper Sandusky, OH. Construction is slated to begin during June 2005, with completion expected in March 2006. The center will be anchored by a Wal*Mart Supercenter.  The site has an average daily traffic count of 20,000 vehicles. Asking rents range from $12 psf to $18 psf.
