Lease Signings Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed the following four leases throughout OH with Payless ShoeSource: 2,800 sq.ft. at Toledo Commons in Toledo; 3,900 sq.ft. on Monroe Street in Toledo; 3,216 sq.ft. at The Shops at Boardman Park in Boardman and 3,080 sq.ft. at the intersection of Interstate 270 and Georgesville Road in Columbus.
Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate, Inc. (248-539-1700) signed a lease with Dunkin’ Donuts at Heritage Plaza in Redford, MI.
Rothwood Real Estate Services, Inc. (516-466-3600) signed a lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with Nick Diangelo’s family style Italian restaurant at Rockville Center in Long Beach, NY.
DeBartolo Development (813-676-7685) signed leases with the following retailers at Plantation Plaza at Julington Creek, a 64,800 sq.ft. center located in Jacksonville, FL: Publix, Blockbuster Video, Papa John’s Pizza, Great Clips, Sun Trust Bank and First Guaranty Bank.

(800-365-1616) signed a lease for 32,000 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond at Aksarben Village in Omaha, NE; 1,800 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at Empire Park Shopping Center in Omaha, NE; 18,444 sq.ft. with Estherville, IA; 802 sq.ft. with Oakridge Jewelers at Montwood Mall in El Paso, TX; 1,750 sq.ft. with Tomaso’s at Marion Square Plaza in Marion, IA; 1,200 sq.ft. with Great Wall Chinese at Plaza 251 in Mentoda, IL; and 1,400 sq.ft. with Check Into Cash at Yankton Plaza in Yankton, SD.

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (540-972-7359) signed leases with Aaron Brothers and ReCollections at the following locations: 6,500 sq.ft. locations in Timonium and Columbia, MD will combine the Aaron Brothers and ReCollections concept under one roof; two additional locations, including an 8,000 sq.ft. space at Congressional Plaza and a 7,400 sq.ft. space at Tysons Station in Falls Church, VA will house Aaron Brothers only; and the fifth location, a 6,000 sq.ft. store dedicated solely to the ReCollections concept, will open in the Parkway Crossing Shopping Center in Dale City, VA next year. Currently, JBG Rosenfeld is negotiating leases for ReCollections in Rockville and Waldorf, MD and Sterling, VA.
