Lease Signings


First Rockford Group (815-229-3000) signed the following leases at Perryville Crossings Shopping Center located in Rockford, IL: 4,877 sq.ft. with Panera Bread; 9,000 sq.ft. with David’s Bridal; 3,064 sq.ft. with Chipotle and 2,254 sq.ft. with Digital Store.

 

Finard & Co. (781-418-6243) signed a lease for 27,285 sq.ft. with Bed Bath & Beyond at Saugus Plaza, a 209,445 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Route One and Route 129 in Saugus, MA. The center is cotenanted by Kohl’s, Famous Footwear, Wild Oats Market, Brooks Pharmacy, Work N Gear, Dots and Card$mart.

 

The Ross Realty Group (727-725-2800) signed the following leases throughout Tampa, FL: 3,300 sq.ft. with Magic Touch Signature on Dale Mabry and 1,540 sq.ft. with Alpha Value & Control at Shady Oaks Plaza on Connie Avenue.

 

Kushner Properties (973-549-4954) signed the following leases throughout NJ: 1,400 sq.ft. with The Brazil Mini-Mart and 2,000 sq.ft. with Bolat at the Woodlane Crossing Apartments on Route 130 in Edgewater Park, NJ. The company also signed a lease for 572 sq.ft. with Francesca’s Tailoring on Maplewood Avenue in Maplewood, NJ.

 

The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Planet Beach Tanning Salon and 5,500 sq.ft. with Hollywood Video at Oak Grove Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Highway 78 and Murphy Road in Sachse, TX. The company also signed a lease for 3,000 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at the intersection of Camp Wisdom and Boulder Drive in Dallas, TX.

 

Hull Storey Retail Group (706-855-4020) signed a lease with Best Buy at Victoria Mall, a 675,783 sq.ft. mall located in Victoria, TX. The center is anchored by Dillard’s, JCPenney, Sears, Beall’s and Cinemark 12 and has approximately 60 specialty stores.

 

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (602-735-5555) signed a lease for 35,000 sq.ft. with Jo-Ann Fabrics and Crafts at San Tan Village, a center located at the intersection of Greenfield Road and Chandler Boulevard in Gilbert, AZ. Opening for the store is slated for late 2006.

 

Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-982-2100) signed a lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with Spin City at the Bethpage Market Place, a center located on Wantagh Avenue in Bethpage, NY. Area demographics include a population of 175,000 within three miles.

 

NAI Horizon (602-852-3869) signed a 20-year lease with CVS at El Dorado Village, a 76,803 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Ann Road and Camino El Norte in Las Vegas, NV.

 

Wilson Commercial Real Estate (310-473-4424) signed the following leases throughout CA: five years for 1,133 sq.ft. with Subway at Challenger Center located at the intersection of Avenue K and Challenger Way in Lancaster. Opening is slated for mid-February 2005; five years for 2,533 sq.ft. with Da Vinci Hair Salon at Plaza di Northridge located at the intersection of Plummer Street and Shirley Avenue in Northridge. Opening is slated for this month; 10 years for 2,000 sq.ft. with Panda Express at Fallbrook Center located at the intersection of Fallbrook and Vanowen in West Hills; five years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Cingular Wireless at Menifee Town Center located at the intersection of Newport and Antelope in Menifee; one year for 10,030 sq.ft. with Furniture Valley, five years for 4,967 sq.ft. with Family Christian Store, five years for 3,230 sq.ft. with Papa Grande and three years for 1,000 sq.ft. with Enchanted Evenings at Sycamore Village located on Cochran Street in Simi Valley; and seven years for 895 sq.ft. wit Planet Smoothie at Simi Valley Promenade located at the intersection of Los Angeles and Stearns in Simi Valley.
