Don Bennett & Associates, Inc. is developing Palm Valley Pavilions North, a 38,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Litchfield Road and McDowell Road in Goodyear, AZ. The company also is developing Surprise Stadium Village, a 69-acre mixed-use project located at the intersection of Parkview Place, Bullard Avenue and Paradise Lane in Surprise, AZ. The development will consist of a park-like atmosphere equipped with water features and open space. The development is planned to include over 200,000 sq.ft. of retail development and approximately 180,000 sq.ft. of office space. Entertainment components are planned to include a multiplex movie theater, two hotels, restaurants and a full-service fitness center. The company also is developing Estrella Village, a 20-acre mixed-use development located at the intersection of Estrella Parkway and Roosevelt Road in Goodyear, AZ. The center will be located at the entrance to the future Goodyear City Center. Estrella Village is planned to have a mix of office, banking, restaurants, mid-sized retail and hotels. The site will contain approximately 330,000 sq.ft. of commercial development, including 124,000 sq.ft. of retail shops, 48,000 sq.ft. of pad space, 105,000 sq.ft. of garden-style office space, a 40,000 sq.ft. health club and a 100-room national chain hotel.
