(816-531-1400) signed the following leases: 8,000 sq.ft. with Wholesale Appliance Center on Troost in Kansas City, MO; 6,120 sq.ft. with Whiskey & Roses and 10,000 sq.ft. with Spirit of Halloween at Noland Fashion Square on East 40 Highway in Independence, MO; 14,500 sq.ft. with Spirit of Halloween on Crackerneck Road in Independence, MO and 2,500 sq.ft. with Hobby Country, Inc. on Metcalf Avenue in Overland Park, KS.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed a 10-year lease for 1,350 sq.ft. with Quizno’s Subs on Broadway in New York, NY.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (953-568-0530) signed a lease for 6,800 sq.ft. with Scruby’s Barbecue at Big Lots Plaza located at the intersection of University Drive and 57th Street in Tamarac, FL. The lease is for 10 years and is valued at $1.078 million. The company also signed a lease for 6,665 sq.ft. with Autobank at The Fountains, a center located on University Drive South in Plantation, FL. The center is 1.5 miles north of Interstate 595. The lease is for five years and is valued at $599,850.

 

Stirling Properties (225-926-4481) signed a lease for 6,254 sq.ft. with Aaron Rents at Gonzales Plaza Shopping Center located on North Airline Highway in Gonzales, LA. The company also signed a lease for 808 sq.ft. with inFront Devices & Systems at Park Place Office Building in Covington, LA. The company also signed a lease for 84,180 sq.ft. with Belk at Eastgate Plaza Shopping Center located on East 70th Street in Shreveport, LA.

 

CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (310-516-2307) signed a five-year lease for 6,800 sq.ft. with Kragen Auto Parts on West Beverly Boulevard in Montebello, CA. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with Washington Mutual at the intersection of Hawthorne and Marine in Lawndale, CA. The company also signed a 15-year lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with Kragen Auto Parts on Centinela Avenue in Inglewood, CA.

 

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 9,000 sq.ft. with New York Golf at a former Pier 1 Imports site on Route 1 South in Lawrenceville, NJ. Area retail includes the Quakerbridge Mall and Tweeter. The store will be New York Golf’s first in central NJ.

The company also signed a lease for 8,000 sq.ft. with Morton’s Steakhouse at Caesars Atlantic City in Atlantic City, NJ.
