GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp. (215-328-3383) provided $26 million in fixed-rate financing for The Village at Newtown, a 175,478 sq.ft. center located in Newtown, PA. The center is anchored by Genuardi’s and Eckerd. The property is situated on a land area of 24.07 acres on South Eagle Road.

  

Northmarq Capital (972-788-3421) arranged $116.5 million in bridge financing for a 25-property portfolio of shopping centers located throughout 11 states totaling 2.3 million sq.ft.
