Lease Signings Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) signed the following leases with Quizno’s Subs: 10 years for 1,135 sq.ft. at 824 Broadway in New York, NY and 10 years for 1,700 sq.ft. at 362 Broadway in New York, NY.
Katz & Associates Corp. (800-835-0939) signed the following leases: 3,400 sq.ft. with Aspen Dental at Stonehill Marketplace in Johnston, RI; 6,400 sq.ft. with Barbeques Galore at The Plaza at Windward in Alpharetta, GA; 26,000 sq.ft. with Linens ‘N Things at Winchester Station in Winchester, VA; 1,400 sq.ft. with Stride Rite at Derby Street Shoppes in Hingham, MA and 1,100 sq.ft. with Stride Rite at the Avenues at West Cobb in Marietta, GA.
NAI Olympia Partners (317-264-9400) signed a lease for 3,900 sq.ft. with Tienda Morelos, a Hispanic market, on Allisonville Road in Indianapolis, IN.
Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed the following leases throughout WI: 2,600 sq.ft. with Bank of Kenosha at Windsor Pointe, a center located at the intersection of Highway 50 and Interstate 94 in Kenosha; 6,185 sq.ft. with Tuesday Morning at Badger Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Durand Avenue and Kentucky Street in Racine and 1,700 sq.ft. with Starbucks on 75th Street in Racine.
Next Realty, LLC (312-654-8900) signed a five-year lease for 2,412 sq.ft. with Thai Inn at South Hill Plaza, a 41,533 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Rochester Road and Avon Road in Rochester Hills, MI.
Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) signed a lease for 20,688 sq.ft. with Gap at the Somerset Shopping Center located at the intersection of Routes 206 and 202 and Route 22 in Somerset County, NJ. The center is anchored by Barnes & Noble, OfficeMax, Linens ‘N Things, Eastern Mountain Sports, Annie Sez, Pier 1 Imports, T.G.I. Friday’s, Mikasa, RiteAid, Hallmark and Pearle Vision.
Cornerstone Commerce Center (609-601-8009) signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with EuroColor at The Shoppes at Cornerstone, a 230,000 sq.ft. mixed-use center located on New Road in Northfield, NJ. The salon will specialize in coloring, haircutting and styling, as well as a variety of chemical processes. In addition to those services, the salons also will offer spa services, including facials, manicures, pedicures and massage. Cotenants include The Bake Works, Perkfection Coffee House, Andrew Geller Shoes and Mainland Fitness.
CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (909-418-2000) signed the following leases throughout CA: 10,807 sq.ft. with Pier 1 Imports at Town Center Square, a center located at the intersection of Foothill and Spruce in Rancho Cucamonga. The center is anchored by Best Buy, Barnes & Noble, Stein Mart, OfficeMax and PetsMart; 3,281 sq.ft. with Citiwear, 6,229 sq.ft. with Automobile Club of Southern CA and 5,500 sq.ft. with DVD Planet at Terra Vista Town Center located a the intersection of Foothill and Haven in Rancho Cucamonga. Anchors include Target, Mervyn’s, Ross, Michael’s, Ultra Star Cinema, HomeGoods and Bally’s Total Fitness.
Robert K. Futterman & Associates (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 1,800 sq.ft. with Operations on Broome Street in the SoHo section of New York, NY. The fashion apparel retailer signed the lease at a 72,000 sq.ft. co-op building. The store, located between Mercer Street and Broadway, is slated to open this month.
Baum Realty Group, Inc. (312-666-3000) signed a lease for 2,041 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee on North LaSalle Street in Chicago, IL. The company currently operates 51 locations throughout the Chicago area. Overall, the company operates 306 stores throughout 12 states and Washington, DC.
The Woodmont Co. (817-732-4000) signed a lease for 15,000 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree on East Pioneer Parkway in Arlington, TX. The space was formerly occupied by Kmart. Dollar Tree currently operates over 2,400 stores in strip centers and malls throughout 47 states.
Applied Development Co. (201-963-5200) signed the following leases at its Pier Village oceanfront redevelopment project in Long Branch, NJ. The total space involved in the three boutique leases is 8,000 sq.ft. The tenants that will divide the space include Aquamedica, a full-service day-spa; Space Interiors, a furniture store and Jonte Jewelers. Opening is slated for the spring.
Sax Realty, Inc. (240-497-1192) signed a lease with Bed Bath & Beyond at Germantown Commons Shopping Center located on Route 118, west of Interstate 270 in Germantown, MD. The center is currently tenanted by Giant Foods, Designer Shoe Warehouse, and Office Depot.
