Sutton & Edwards, Inc. (516-328-6500) has been named the preferred broker for Robeks Fruit Smoothies and Healthy Eats for Nassua and Suffolk Counties, NY. The blended fruit drink shops are looking to open as many as 30 locations in the bi-county region. The stores occupy spaces of 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in anchored upscale shopping centers and strip centers with heavy daytime traffic. The company will also serve as the exclusive broker for Quiznos Sub for Staten Island and Westchester County, NY. The sandwich shops currently operate five locations throughout Westchester and are seeking at least 10 to 15 sites. The chain operates two units in Staten Island and is looking to open a minimum of five to 10 more in the New York City borough. The chain is looking for sites of 1,000 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in shopping and strip centers with strong daytime traffic.

 

Meiden Enterprises, Inc. (212-221-3001) is representing Monster Sushi Restaurant in its expansion throughout CT, MA, NJ and NY. The restaurants occupy spaces of 1,800 sq.ft. to 2,500 sq.ft. in urban and suburban areas. Typical leases run 10 years with three to five-year renewal options. Area demographics include a population of 150,000 within five miles earning $80,000 as the average household income.

 

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) is representing iSold It in its expansion throughout northern and central NJ. The stores occupy spaces of 1,200 sq.ft. to 1,800 sq.ft. in strip centers, centers anchored by supermarkets and central business districts. The company also is representing Brunchies in its expansion throughout northern and central NJ. The restaurants, which specialize in crepes, omelets, eggs, waffles and french toast, occupy spaces of 3,500 sq.ft. to 4,500 sq.ft. in endcaps, inline spaces, central business districts, neighborhood, community and strip centers and freestanding locations. Preferred cotenants include supermarkets, big box retailers and upscale women’s apparel stores. The company also is representing North Fork in its expansion throughout northern and central NJ. The banks occupy spaces of 2,500 sq.ft. to 3,500 sq.ft. in endcaps, inline spaces, shopping centers, freestanding locations and downtown business districts.

 

Transwestern Retail (202-775-7000) is representing the following retailers: Beyond Juice in its expansion throughout Washington, DC. The stores occupy spaces of 800 sq.ft. to 1,500 sq.ft.; Silver Diner in its expansion throughout Washington, DC. The diners occupy spaces of 4,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft.; and Primi Piatti in its expansion throughout Tysons Corner and Reston, VA; Washington, DC and Rockville, MD. The restaurants occupy spaces of 4,000 sq.ft. to 7,000 sq.ft.

 

Regency Centers (703-442-4300) is representing The UPS Store, Great Clips, Blockbuster Video, Subway and H&R Block in their expansion throughout DE, MD, NH, PA, VA and Washington, DC.

 

JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) is representing Greenberry’s Coffee & Tea in its expansion throughout the Washington, DC and Baltimore, MD markets. The shops occupy spaces of 1,600 sq.ft. Plans call for 40 to 50 openings during the coming eight years.

 

Madison Marquette (215-836-5220) is representing Blue Tulip in its expansion throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. The stores occupy spaces of 4,500 sq.ft. in lifestyle and specialty centers anchored by supermarkets. Preferred demographics include a population of 15,000 within five miles earning $100,000 as the average household income.

 

Retail Resources, LLC (920-497-9429) is representing Pet$ense in its expansion nationwide. The pet stores occupy spaces of 4,000 sq.ft. to 5,000 sq.ft. in outlet centers. Typical leases run five years with five-year options. A vanilla box and tenant improvement is required. Plans call for 18 openings during the coming 18 months. Area demographics include a population of 100,000 within five miles earning $45,000 as the average household income.

 

Prudential Douglas Elliman (212-418-2000) has been named exclusive agent for 1796 Broadway in New York, NY.  The retail address is located on the northeast corner of 58th  Street and is part of a recently revamped 10-store complex, adjacent to the Time Warner Center. The 7,000 sq.ft. ground and lower level retail space, also known as 240 Central Park South, is presently home to Blues and features an impressive 75 feet of street frontage. The area boasts the fifth highest pedestrian traffic in the city. Area retailers include J. Crew, San Domenico, Cole Haan, Hugo Boss, Armani A/X, Elizabeth Arden and Whole Foods.

 

DJM Asset Management (631-752-1100) is representing Good Guys in the sublease or assignment of 17 locations throughout CA, NV, OR and WA. The stores range in size from 14,950 sq.ft. to 51,990 sq.ft.

 

Branded Concept Development (212-260-5210) is representing Jack Rockwell’s Java Bar in its expansion throughout the New York, NY market. Branded Concept Development will be responsible for the design of the stores prototype, as well as project management for the flagship location. The shops offer blended teas, fresh-baked pastries, prepared sandwiches and seasonal beverages including hot apple cider, hot chocolate and frozen coffees.
