Lease Signings


REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7682) signed a three-year lease for 2,450 sq.ft. with Moveable Cubicle on La Pata in San Clemente, CA.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease with FedEx Kinko’s Office and Print Services at the southeast corner of  Seventh Avenue and West 24th Street in New York, NY. The company is representing FedEx Kinko’s in its expansion throughout New York, NY and is seeking spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft. The company also signed a lease for 4,650 sq.ft. with Ben Sherman on Spring Street in New York, NY. The British lifestyle brand’s first U.S. retail store is scheduled to open during Spring 2006. Area retail includes MAC, Quiksilver, John Varvatos, American Apparel, Burton, Banana Republic, JP Morgan Chase and Balthazar Restaurant.

 

Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 7,000 sq.ft. with Famous Footwear at the Rio Grande Plaza, a 225,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Routes 9 and 47 in Rio Grande, NJ. The center is anchored by Ross Dress For Less, Michael’s Arts & Crafts, Lowe’s Home Improvement and Stop & Shop.

 

The Katsias Co. (757-490-3585) signed the following leases with H&R Block throughout VA: 1,200 sq.ft. on Portsmouth Boulevard in Suffolk; 960 sq.ft. on Monticello Avenue in Williamsburg; 1,200 sq.ft. on North Main Street in Suffolk; 1,349 sq.ft. on Warwick Boulevard in Newport News; 1,150 sq.ft. on Windsor Boulevard in Windsor; 1,160 sq.ft. on Indian River Road in Virginia Beach; 1,055 sq.ft. on Granby Street in Norfolk and 1,560 sq.ft. at Parkway Plaza, a center located in Virginia Beach.

 

GVA Williams of Connecticut (212-716-3500) signed a lease for 14,800 sq.ft. with Walgreens and 6,300 sq.ft. with Outback Steakhouse at Corner at Split Rock, an 80,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Old Stratford Road and Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton, CT.

 

Mid-America Development Partners, LLC (630-954-7700) signed a lease for 30,000 sq.ft. with Best Buy at Washington Park Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Halsted Street and Ridge Road in Homewood, IL. The center is situated on a land area of 19.2 acres and is currently anchored by Jo-Ann Superstore, T.J. Maxx and Bed Bath & Beyond.

 

Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed the following leases: 10-years for 1,700 sq.ft. with Starbucks at Lone Hill Plaza, a 77,680 sq.ft. center located on East Route 66 in Glendora, CA. The center is tenanted by Stater Bros., Del Taco and Quizno’s; and five years for 2,400 sq.ft. with More Clothes For Less at Van Buren Plaza, a 93,956 sq.ft. center located on Van Buren in Riverside, CA. The company also signed a five year lease for Modern No. 1 Nail Salon at South Hills Shopping Center, a 121,440 sq.ft. center located on South Azusa Avenue in West Covina, CA.

 

The Sembler Co. (727-384-6000) signed a lease for 9,589 sq.ft. with Magnolia at Perimeter Place, a center located in Atlanta, GA. The company also signed a lease for 4,000 sq.ft. with Celebra Por Menos at Plaza Los Prados, a center located in Puerto Rico. The company also signed a lease for 3,000 sq.ft. with Gimme Sum Fresh Asian Grill and 2,400 sq.ft. with Rotelli Pizza & Pasta at Boynton Beach Center located in Boynton Beach, FL. The company also signed the following leases: 2,000 sq.ft. with Cingular Express Plus and 3,000 sq.ft. with San Francisco Oven at Legacy Place, a center located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL; 4,400 sq.ft. with Carter’s Childrenswear and 2,500 sq.ft. with Caribou Coffee Company at Perimeter Place, a center located in Atlanta, GA; 4,800 sq.ft. with Dots at Target at Kissimmee West, a center located in Kissimmee, FL and 2,450 sq.ft. with The Blitz at Shoppes of Citrus Park, a center located in Tampa, FL.

 

Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group (216-514-5100) signed the following leases throughout OH: five years for 9,000 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree at Rini Plaza West, a center located on Center Ridge Road in North Ridgeville. Opening is slated for the first quarter of 2006; five years with Knowledge Points at Ridgewood Crossings, a center located at the intersection of Ridgewood Drive and Interstate 77 in Copley Township; five years for 3,184 sq.ft. with Buddy’s Carpet at The Shoppes of Grove City, a center located on Stringtown Road in Grove City. Cotenants include Serta Mattress, Cici’s Pizza, First Choice Hair, Hottie Body Tanning, Quizno’s and Verizon Wireless; five years for 3,200 sq.ft. with Brilliant Learning Centers at a center located at the intersection of Route 42 and Reagan Parkway in Medina. Cotenants include KFC, UPS Store, Verizon Wireless, Gepetto’s and Movie Gallery; five years for 2,100 sq.ft. with TNT Fitness Center at a center located at the intersection of Route 20 and Route 528 in Madison. Cotenants include Dollar Tree, TNT Tanning, Blockbuster Video and Famous Hair; and 20 years for 5,400 sq.ft. with AutoZone in Canal Fulton.

 

Corridor Reznick, LLC (410-625-1500) signed a 10-year lease for 6,000 sq.ft. with AAMCO Transmissions on North Howard Street in Baltimore, MD.

 

Island Associates (631-982-2100) signed a lease for 1,250 sq.ft. with Subway at Brentwood Shopping Center located on Brentwood Road in Brentwood, NY.
