A. Bank at Countryside Mall in Clearwater, FL and 4,200 sq.ft. with Jos. A. Casto Lifestyle Properties (941-552-2700) signed the following leases for Main Street at Lakewood Ranch, a 170,000 sq.ft. mixed-use, lifestyle center located in the heart of the Lakewood Ranch Community in Sarasota/Bradenton, FL: 16,508 sq.ft. with Morton’s Gourmet Market; 7,000 sq.ft. with Fred’s Restaurant and 2,800 sq.ft. with Chico’s. Opening of the center is slated for the middle of this year.

(312-935-1400) signed a lease for 37,329 sq.ft. with Wickes Furniture at Algonquin Commons, a 650,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Randall Road and County Line Road in Algonquin, IL. Phase I of the center is anchored by Galyan’s, Old Navy, DSW Shoes and Borders. The lifestyle shops are over 95% leased with tenants such as Pottery Barn, Talbots, Jos. A. Bank, Coldwater Creek, Hollister, Bombay, Abercrombie & Fitch, Victoria’s Secret and The Sharper Image.
