The restaurants occupy spaces of 4,000 sq.ft. to 4,500 sq.ft. in regional malls and lifestyle centers and Chipotle in its expansion throughout Bergen, Hudson and Essex Counties in NJ. The restaurants occupy spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. in downtown areas and lifestyle centers.
