Lease Signings Trout, Segall & Doyle (410-435-4000) signed a lease for 18,000 sq.ft. with Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc. on Belair Road in Baltimore, MD. The space was formerly occupied by Frank’s Nursery. Opening of the Goodwill store is slated for April.
Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-982-2100) signed a lease for 3,600 sq.ft. with Palm Beach Tan on Jericho Turnpike in Commack, NY. Palm Beach Tan currently operates 67 stores.
Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed the following leases at The Plaza, a 305,000 sq.ft. mixed-use center located in Huntington Beach, CA: five years for 10,850 sq.ft. with Starbucks and five years for 6,522 sq.ft. with Countrywide Home Loans.
Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate (248-539-1700) signed a lease for 3,019 sq.ft. with American Home Fitness at Huron Village Shopping Center located at the intersection of Washentaw Avenue and Huron Parkway in Ann Arbor, MI. Opening is slated for Spring. The company also signed a lease for 1,760 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless at Normandy Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Woodward and Normandy in Royal Oak, MI.
Stiles Retail Group (954-627-9377) signed the following leases at Lakeside Town Shops, a 275,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Stirling Road and University Drive in Davie, FL: five years for 3,010 sq.ft. with Payless ShoeSource; 2,250 sq.ft. with Pomodoro Ristorante; 1,688 sq.ft. with Electronics Boutique of America; 1,500 sq.ft. with Quizno’s Subs; 1,125 sq.ft. with Creative Hairdressers; 1,125 sq.ft. with Diamond Nails and 1,125 sq.ft. with Ocean Breeze Cleaners.

Kaplan Real Estate (314-652-7000) signed the following leases with Quizno’s Subs: 2,015 sq.ft. in Williamsville, NY; 1,760 sq.ft. at Harrison Crossing in Indianapolis, IN and 1,780 sq.ft. in the Wal*Mart Supercenter on Route 143 in Highland, IL. The company also signed the following leases: a land area of one acre with Heartland Bank in Arnold, MO; 32,000 sq.ft. with Schnucks Grocery on South Duchesne in St. Charles, MO and 4,853 sq.ft. with Panera Bread at Grasso Plaza in Affton, MO.

DeBartolo Holdings, LLC (813-676-0071) signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Quizno’s at a center located at the intersection of Coors and Montano in Albuquerque, NM. Opening is slated for the Spring. The center will comprise six buildings totaling 12,000 sq.ft.
