Continental Retail Development is developing The Streets of Copperfield, a 305,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Highway 6 and West Little York Road in Houston, TX. Opening is slated for Spring 2006. The center will be situated on a land area of 36 acres and will be anchored by an 83,000 sq.ft. Rave Theater, a 25,000 sq.ft. bookstore and will include more than 142,000 sq.ft. of specialty retail and restaurant space.
