Lease Signings


The Grossman Cos. (617-472-2000) signed the following leases: 7,900 sq.ft. with Mattress Discounters on Commonwealth Avenue in Boston, MA; 6,500 sq.ft. with Family Dollar at Foodmaster Shopping Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Salem Street and The Fellsway in Medford, MA; and 1,750 sq.ft. with The Fudge Bar at The Residences at Munroe Place, a center located on Hancock Street in downtown Quincy, MA.

 

Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group (216-514-5100) signed leases with Liberty Tax and Little Caesars Pizza at Shore Center South Plaza in Euclid, OH.

 

Island Associates Real Estate, Inc. (631-982-2100) signed a 10-year lease with Palm Beach Tan at Rockville Centre in Rockville Centre, NY. The space was formerly occupied by Rite Aid.

 

Next Realty, LLC (312-654-8900) signed a 10-year lease extension with Barnes & Noble at Barnes & Noble Plaza in Greenfield, WI. The company also re-signed a lease for 2,400 sq.ft. with Super Cuts and a five-year lease for 1,283 sq.ft. with Nextel at Sportmart Plaza, a 120,083 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Dempster and Harlem Avenues in Niles, IL.

 

MacKenzie Retail/Cushman & Wakefield (410-821-8585) represented the following tenants in signing leases at the Center at Glen Burnie located at the intersection of Ritchie Highway and Ordnance Road in Anne Arundel County, MD: 5,000 sq.ft. with Bonefish Grill and 4,000 sq.ft. with Hallmark Cards & Gifts.

 

The Howard Group (518-452-1881) signed a lease for 1,700 sq.ft. with Cali Nails at Amsterdam Shopping Center on Route 30 in Amsterdam, NY. The center is anchored by Save-A-Lot and Hollywood Video.

 

Ludwig & Seeley Real Estate, Inc. (248-750-1700) signed the following leases throughout MI: 20,594 sq.ft. with Bargain Books in Dearborn; 4,000 sq.ft. with Beef O’Brady’s in Shelby Township; with Dolce Salon & Spa on Harvey Street in Norton Shores; and 4,800 sq.ft. with Rent-A-Center in Jonesville.

The company also signed the following leases: 5,200 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at the Port Arthur Shopping Center located at the intersection of Twin City Highway and Highway 73 in Port Arthur; 5,600 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at the Wal*Mart Shopping Center located in Plainview; 5,200 sq.ft. with Shoe Show at Hereford Corners Shopping Center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 385 and 15th Street in Hereford; 5,000 sq.ft. with Shoe Dept. at Alice Shopping Center located at the intersection of Highway 44 and Atkinson Road in Alice, TX; and 5,500 sq.ft. with Lady Fitness Center at Oak Grove Plaza located in Sachse, TX.
