Real Estate Professionals Making The News Arthur Pearlman Corp. (310-260-2504) hired Steven J. Felderman as president of the company. In his new position, Felderman will be responsible for the continued growth of the company, which is focused toward the development of centers throughout CA. Since 1998, Felderman previously held the position of vice president of development at the company and was responsible for the development and construction of the company’s retail projects in CA, including Bonaventure Center in Pomona; Porter Ranch Town Center in Porter Ranch; Sport Chalet Village in La Canada and is now completing the development of the HUB, Lakeshore and Costco projects in San Bernardino. Prior to joining the company, Felderman was the project manager for Haagen Property Management, Inc. His project responsibilities included the development of preliminary budgets, schedules and proforma evaluations for project feasibility studies, including the management of projects from entitlement through tenant move-in.
Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Brokerage Co. (925-979-9810) announced that Steve Z. Regenstreif was its top retail investment professional for the second year in a row. He has ranked among the firm’s Top 10 agents five times, and last year he facilitated transactions valued at more than $208 million. Regenstreif joined Marcus & Millichap as an associate in the Encino office. He is a vice president of investments, as well as a senior director of the National Retail Group.

Since joining Macerich in 2003, Kuhn helped guide the completion of the first phase of the expansion of Washington Square Mall in Portland, OR and has led the company’s efforts with The City of Fresno, CA to expand Fresno Fashion Fair. His current responsibilities will include the exploration of new development opportunities at the company’s Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto, CA and Northridge Mall in Salinas, CA. Prior to Macerich, Kuhn spent 17 years with Trizec Hahn Development, overseeing design and construction of numerous properties, ranging from ground-up projects to expansions and renovations.
Advantis Real Estate Services/GVA (919-493-6905) announced that David P. Oddo will rejoin the company as managing director and broker in charge of the company’s NC region. Oddo left Advantis/GVA in 2003 to join The Dilweg Cos., a Durham, NC-based real estate investment firm, where he helped create and head up the firm’s Asset Enhancement division on a $300 million portfolio, which included office, retail, flex and multi-family properties. At Advantis/GVA, Oddo will be responsible for aggressively growing and cross-selling the company’s core service lines of third party brokerage, management and construction in Raleigh-Durham, and continuing the company’s expansion into the Charlotte market.
