The stores occupy spaces of 3,500 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft. in endcaps and freestanding locations. Colliers Monroe Friedlander (808-523-9797) has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent and managing agent for Upton II of the Pearlridge Center on the island of Oahu, HI by Inspiration International, LLC. Uptown II has 103,655 sq.ft. of GLA and was previously occupied by JCPenney. Uptown II is the newest expansion to Pearlridge Center, a 1.25 million sq.ft. center anchored by Macy’s, Inspiration Furniture, Sears, Circuit City and Toys “R” Us, as well as 170 stores, restaurants and services.
