Kimel Co. (301-765-9600) is representing Save-A-Lot Grocery in its expansion throughout the Washington, DC area. The stores occupy spaces of 9,000 sq.ft. to 15,000 sq.ft. in freestanding locations or inline spaces. The company also is representing Fitness Resource in its expansion throughout Arlington, Fredericksburg and Gainesville, VA and Frederick and Gaithersburg, MD. The stores occupy spaces of 3,500 sq.ft. to 4,000 sq.ft. in endcaps and freestanding locations. The company also is representing Max’s Kosher Café in its expansion throughout Rockville and Bethesda, MD. The restaurants occupy spaces of 2,000 sq.ft.

 

Colliers Monroe Friedlander (808-523-9797) has been selected as the exclusive leasing agent and managing agent for Upton II of the Pearlridge Center on the island of Oahu, HI by Inspiration International, LLC. Uptown II has 103,655 sq.ft. of GLA and was previously occupied by JCPenney. Uptown II is the newest expansion to Pearlridge Center, a 1.25 million sq.ft. center anchored by Macy’s, Inspiration Furniture, Sears, Circuit City and Toys “R” Us, as well as 170 stores, restaurants and services. The center also has two food courts, a miniature golf course, two arcades, 16 movie theaters and an emergency clinic.

 

Transwestern Retail (202-775-7033) is representing Gordon Biersch in its expansion throughout Reston, VA and Rockville/Bethesda, MD. The breweries occupy spaces of 5,000 sq.ft. to 10,000 sq.ft. The company also is representing Marvelous Market in its expansion throughout the Washington, DC area. The stores occupy spaces of 1,000 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. The company also is representing Cipponne’s Italian Café in its expansion throughout Bethesda and Silver Spring, MD. The restaurants occupy spaces of 3,000 sq.ft.
