Lease Signings


Global Business Alliance, Inc. (407-383-7182) negotiated the following leases: 10 years, 1,360 sq.ft. with Central Nails & Spa at the Estero Commons in Estero and five years, 800 sq.ft. with Crystal Nails at the NorthBridge at Millenia in Orlando, FL. The company also represents clients seeking new locations: a 1,000 sq.ft. Chinese take-out restaurant and nail salon seeking spaces in supermarket anchored strip centers; a 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. Asian fast casual restaurant; 1,500 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. for a Japanese restaurant; 5,000 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. for a Japanese steakhouse; 7,000 sq.ft. to 8,000 sq.ft. for Pan-Asian fine dining and 8,000 sq.ft. of  space for Asian/international buffets.

(800-835-0939) signed the following leases: 3,040 sq.ft. with AAA Insurance of Missouri at O’Fallon Walk in O’Fallon, MO; 4,000 sq.ft. with Carter’s Childrenswear at Festival at Rivera Road in Annapolis, MD and 6,500 sq.ft. with Loehmann’s Shoes at Loehmann’s Plaza in East Brunswick, NJ. The company also signed the following leases with Advance America: 800 sq.ft. on Atwood Avenue in Johnston, RI; 1,200 sq.ft. on East Main Street in Middletown, RI; 2,400 sq.ft. on Warwick Avenue in Warwick, RI; 2,300 sq.ft. at Mashpaug Commons in Providence, RI and 2,500 sq.ft. at Shaws Plaza in Pawtucket, RI. The company also signed the following leases with Cost Plus World Market: 18,300 sq.ft. at Cascade Village in Bend, OR and 20,000 sq.ft. at Chevy Chase Pavilion in Washington, DC. The company also signed the following leases with Linens ‘N Things: 27,000 sq.ft. at Burlington Crossings in Burlington, WA and 26,000 sq.ft. at Southpoint Commons in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada.

 

Forum Development Group (573-446-5500) signed the following leases for The Broadway Shops in Columbia, MO: Just AccessoRize It!, Massage Envy, Segway, Maximum Edge and The Ink Factory. Cotenants include Applebee’s, Cici’s Pizza, Hollywood Video, iSold It on eBay, Roly Poly, FastSigns, US Cellular, Tinder Box, Vino 100, The Coffee Ground, Quiznos and The Tan Company. The company also signed the following leases: CD Tradepost and The Little Gym at the Forum Shopping Center located in Columbia, MO and with Peel’s Beauty Supply at the Nifong Shopping Center in Columbia, MO.

 

REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7603) signed a 10-year lease for 2,150 sq.ft. with PWS, Inc. at Harbor Plaza Shopping Center, a 4,130 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Edinger in Fountain Valley, CA. PWS plans to open a self-service laundry center next month.

 

H&R Retail (703-356-8230) signed the following leases throughout MD: 15,000 sq.ft. with Petco Animal Supplies and 8,000 sq.ft. with David’s Bridal at Crosspoint Shopping Center located on Cole Road in Hagerstown; 10,123 sq.ft. with Anna’s Linens at Security Square Mall located on Security Boulevard in Baltimore; 9,000 sq.ft. with Anna’s Linens at Eastover Shopping Center on Indian Head Highway in Oxon Hill; 6,206 sq.ft. with Family Dollar at Maryland City Shopping Center located at the intersection of Route 198 and Interstate 295 in Laurel; 6,000 sq.ft. with Longhorn Steakhouse on Pulaski Highway in Baltimore; 2,589 sq.ft. with Moe’s Southwest Grill at Lusby Town Center located at the intersection of Truman Road and Rousby Hall Road in Lusby; 2,066 sq.ft. with Salsarita at Centerpoint Shopping Center located at the intersection of Howard and Fayette Streets in Baltimore; 2,000 sq.ft. with P.A. Zell Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 2,060 sq.ft. with Desert Schools Federal Credit Union at Cinema Park, a center located at the intersection of NEC 7th Street and Missouri Avenue in Phoenix; a pad site of 27,073 sq.ft. with Wendy’s at Columbia Plaza Shopping Center located at the intersection of SEC 99th Avenue and West Camelback Road in Phoenix; 1,375 sq.ft. with Artcraft Sports Apparel at Peoria Marketplace located at the intersection of SWC 75th Avenue and Cactus Road in Phoenix; 950 sq.ft. with Valley Embroidery and Design at Foothills Park Place Shopping Center located at the intersection of NEC 48th Street and Ray Road in Phoenix and 11,358 sq.ft. with Salon Boutique at Mountain View Plaza located on North Hayden Road in Scottsdale.

 

Royal Properties, Inc. (914-237-3403) signed the following leases with Life Uniform: five years with two, five-year options for 1,460 sq.ft. at Highridge Plaza located on Central Park Avenue in Yonkers, NY. The center is tenanted by Pathmark, UPS Store, Quiznos, Atlantic Bank and McDonald’s; and five years with a five-year option for 3,250 sq.ft. on Route 4 West. The company also signed a 10-year lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with Singas Famous Pizza on 2nd Avenue in the East Village of Manhattan in New York, NY.

 

J.W. Pfeil & Co., Inc. (518-581-8280) signed leases with the following retailers at The Crossing, a 550,000 sq.ft. center located at exit 9 of Interstate 87 in Clifton Park, NY: Big League Barbers, Cupid’s Creamery, European Comfort, Edible Arrangements and Famous Footwear. The center is currently anchored by Kohl’s, Michaels, Target, OfficeMax, Home Depot, Petco, Linens ‘N Things and Exit 9 Wine and Liquor and is 100% leased.

 

Prudential Douglas Elliman (800-355-4626) signed a lease with Sermoneta at the intersection of Madison Avenue and 58th Street in New York, NY. Sermoneta specializes in highly stylized gloves and, most notably, its use of bright primary colors in leather goods, which include handbags.

 

Newmark Retail (212-372-2395) signed a lease for 10,700 sq.ft. with Mothers Work on Madison Avenue in New York, NY. The flagship store will have a large fashion and accessory selection, and will also include an Edamame Maternity Spa. The retailer will be consolidating some of its Motherhood Maternity, A Pea in the Pod and Mimi Maternity brands from a number of Manhattan locations into the flagship Destination Maternity store, which will encompass a portion of the ground, lower and second floors.

 

Coreland Cos. (714-573-7780) signed the following leases: 10-years for 1,700 sq.ft. with Starbucks at Lone Hill Plaza, a 77,680 sq.ft. center located on East Route 66 in Glendora, CA. The center is tenanted by Stater Bros., Del Taco and Quizno’s; and five years for 2,400 sq.ft. with More Clothes For Less at Van Buren Plaza, a 93,956 sq.ft. center located on Van Buren in Riverside, CA. The company also signed a five year lease for Modern No. 1 Nail Salon at South Hills Shopping Center, a 121,440 sq.ft. center located on South Azusa Avenue in West Covina, CA.

 

Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) signed a lease for 4,650 sq.ft. with Ben Sherman on Spring Street in New York, NY. The British lifestyle brand’s first U.S. retail store is scheduled to open during Spring 2006. Area retail includes MAC, Quiksilver, John Varvatos, American Apparel, Burton, Banana Republic, JP Morgan Chase and Balthazar Restaurant.
