Lease Signings


American Financial Realty Trust (215-887-2280) signed a lease for 3,000 sq.ft. with Amazon Café at Harborside Plaza 10, a center located on the waterfront in Jersey City, NJ. The high-end, health-focused franchise provides all-natural fruit smoothies, sandwiches and snacks and will be located at the entrance level of the building. Harborside Plaza 10 is a 19-story office tower with 594,000 sq.ft. of Class-A office space located on 2nd Street along the Hudson River.

 

Dmyterko & Wright Partners (630-928-2700) signed a lease for 20,000 sq.ft. with Staples at The Fields, a 150,000 sq.ft. center located north of Route 59 and 135th Street in Plainfield, IL. The center will be co-anchored by a pet supply store, sporting goods store, consumer electronics store, and fashion and home furnishings segments. The center will be situated on a land area of 13.04 acres.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (610-246-2606) signed a lease for 10,000 sq.ft. with The Learning Experience Day Care Center at the Hopewell Crossing Center located at the intersection of Route 31 and Denow Road in Hopewell, NJ. The center is anchored by Super G, Starbucks, Blockbuster Video and Chase Bank and is currently 95% occupied.

 

CB Richard Ellis (305-381-6417) signed a five-year lease for 54,570 sq.ft. with Ace Hardware at Beacon and 97th located on 97th Avenue in Miami, FL. The lease had an approximate aggregate net lease value of $2.5 million.

 

Wilson Commercial Real Estate of Los Angeles (310-473-4424) signed the following leases throughout CA: 10 years for 1,200 sq.ft. with UPS Store at Carson 91 Center located on East Albertoni Street in Carson; five years for 2,000 sq.ft. with Union Bank of California at Grand Ladera Shopping Center located at the northwest corner of Centinela Avenue and La Tijera Boulevard in Ladera Heights; 10 years for 1,967 sq.ft. with a dental office at Fallbrook Center located at the northwest corner of Fallbrook Avenue, Victory Boulevard and Vanowen Street in West Hills; five years for 4,800 sq.ft. with Sports Zone Pizza & Grill at Visalia Marketplace, a center located on West Noble Avenue in Visalia; 10 years for 1,880 sq.ft. with Red Persimmon Nail & Spa and seven years for 1,200 sq.ft. with L&L Hawaiian BBQ at Conejo Gateway, a center located at the southwest corner of the Ventura Freeway and Wendy Drive in Newbury Park; and five years for 2,432 sq.ft. with Avis Rent-A-Car and five years for 990 sq.ft. with Edward Jones at Mountaingate Plaza, a center located at the northeast corner of Los Angeles Avenue and First Street in Simi Valley.

 

Larsen Baker, LLC (520-296-0200) signed a lease for 4,124 sq.ft. with Cabinets Plus at Prince & Fairview Plaza located in Tucson, AZ. Cabinets Plus is a retail showroom and warehouse selling cabinets, office and library cabinetry, kitchen design services, tile, flooring and related products, accessories and services.

 

REP Commercial (949-585-7603) signed the following two leases at Palm Court Center, a 138,000 sq.ft. center located in La Habra, CA: three years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Julia Oh, a bridal and tuxedo store, and five years for 900 sq.ft. with Photo Trend. This is the first location for both tenants. The center is anchored by T.J. Maxx and Michaels.

 

Coldwell Banker Commercial NRT (801-947-8300) signed a lease for 17,055 sq.ft. with DSW on Fort Union Boulevard in Midvale, UT.

 

Sansone Group, Inc. (314-727-6664) signed a lease for 2,000 sq.ft. with H&R Block at Plaza on the Boulevard, a center located on West Florissant Avenue in Jennings, MO; and 1,884 sq.ft. with La Tienda International Grocery at Lindbergh Plaza, a center located on South Lindbergh Boulevard in St. Louis, MO.
