Noddle Companies (402-496-1616) announced that Patrick J. Morgan has joined the company as design and construction manager. With over 21 years in construction administration related issues, Morgan’s duties will now include the supervision of design and construction for the firm’s expanding portfolio in excess of 10 million sq.ft. throughout 17 states.
Next Realty, LLC (847-881-2000) announced that Blake Chroman has been appointed salesperson for the company’s Midwest brokerage division. His duties will be to focus on in-fill property brokerage and redevelopment as well as reuse opportunities for residential and retail clients.
Johnson Capital International (949-660-1999) hired Benjamin Johnson as senior vice president. Johnson will be responsible for launching the company’s newly established Mexico location. He has vast knowledge of experience in corporate finance, real estate, executive compensation and general corporation work. The law firm represents Uniqlo, Mont Blanc, Cartier and several restaurant concepts.
RBI Retail Brokers (951-275-9100) hired Tom Ausmus as a retail associate. With more than seven years of experience in finance and development, Ausmus previously ran his own finance company and worked for Riverway Commercial Development.

Todd has been hired as vice president of real estate management and the promotions of Steven Hogberg to senior vice president of leasing sales and Kathie Sitton to senior vice president of finance. Todd comes to the company with over 20 years in real estate management and has managed more than $1.3 billion in office, industrial and retail properties throughout her career. She will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the company’s real estate portfolio. At Coreland for 12 years, Hogberg was formerly the vice president of leasing sales and will now oversee the leasing and sales divisions. With the company for over 10 years, Sitton was previously the vice president of finance and her responsibilities will now be to oversee all property and corporate finance operations as well as the company’s financial planning, commercial property financing, IT, human resources and corporate operations. Along with the hiring of Todd and the promotions of Hogberg and Sitton, the company is looking to further enhance their executive management team. The company plans to open new offices in major metro markets throughout the western region.
