Lease Signings Slawson Cos. (316-263-3201) signed the following leases with the following retailers at NewMarket Square, a 676,000 sq.ft. center located in northwest Wichita, KS: Justice – Just For Girls, T.G.I. Friday’s, Maurices, Granite City Food & Brewery, Olive Garden, Bella Luna Café, Affordable Supplements, Specs and At the Beach.
The Macerich Co. (310-394-6000) signed the following leases at 29th Street Shopping Center located in Boulder, CO: 2,600 sq.ft. with The Territory Ahead, with Muttropolis, a pet boutique, and 9,700 sq.ft. with Z Gallerie. The company also signed leases with the following retailers at The Maketplace mall in Henrietta, NY: Against All Odds, an urban fashion store, dELIA’s, a teen apparel and accessories store; and Beauty Extended, which sells wigs and beauty products.
REP Commercial, Inc. (949-585-7613) signed a five-year lease for 2,765 sq.ft. with Styles For Less at Palm Court Center, a 145,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Imperial Highway and Idaho Street in La Habra, CA. The center is anchored by Michaels, Dollar Tree and T.J. Maxx.
Nassimi Realty Corp. (610-687-0807) signed the following leases at East Meadow Commons, a center located on the north side of Hempstead Turnpike and Wantagh Parkway in Hempstead, NY: with Charlie Brown’s, Floris Spa, Joyce Leslie and Kidz II, a children’s party center.
The Azarian Group, LLC (201-444-7111) signed the following leases at Drug Fair Shopping Center located in Fairfield, NJ: 2,200 sq.ft. with Futon Express and 1,600 sq.ft. with Allstate Insurance Company.
GBA Realty, LLC (407-383-7182) signed the following leases throughout FL: five-years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Fuji Sushi at Publix at Reedy Branch Shopping Center; five-years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Signal Nails at Publix at FishHawk; 10-years for 1,300 sq.ft. with Central Nails at Vine Street Square; 10-years for 1,320 sq.ft. with Bamboo Wok at Publix at Governors Crossing; 10-years for 1,350 sq.ft. with Nail So Happy at a Super Wal-Mart anchored center located at State Route 540 and Lake Bess Road. Metro Commercial Real Estate (610-825-5222) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Conestoga Bank in The Shoppes at Eagle Village in Eagle, PA. This will be the first location for the recently formed financial institution and is scheduled to open in Fall 2006.
GVA Advantis (407-999-4775) signed a lease for 5,450 sq.ft. with Kelly Services at Colonial Promenade Shopping Center in Orlando, FL. The 187,702 sq.ft. center is anchored by Sam Ash Music, Michaels and the Orange County Public Library.
Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) signed a lease for 22,183 sq.ft. with Loehmann’s at the Somerset Shopping Center in Bridgewater, NJ. The center is anchored by Barnes & Noble, The Gap, Linens N Things, Pier 1 Imports and Eastern Mountain Sports. Cotenants include Lane Bryant, Mikasa, Dress Barn, Rite Aid, Hallmark Cards, Coconuts, Annie Sez and TGI Fridays.

Cotenants include Staples, Kohl’s, Panera Bread, Shop Rite, Home Depot, McDonald’s, Linens N Things, Fortunoff Backyard, Mandee, Dress Barn and Famous Footwear.
