Retail Brokers, Inc. (610-645-7700) signed the following leases: five years for 1,400 sq.ft. with Java Jo’z at the Shops at Cooper Basin in Los Angeles, CA; three years for 1,750 sq.ft. with A Creative Wheel at Scottsdale Promenade in Peoria, AZ; 10 years for 8,495 sq.ft. with Bada Boom Pasta Room at Ahwatukee Palms Shopping Center in Phoenix, AZ; three years for 1,360 sq.ft. with Meals By Chef at Palo Verde Shopping Center in Scottsdale, AZ; five years for 18,973 sq.ft. with Dollar Tree at Crossroads Plaza in Phoenix, AZ; five years for 3,763 sq.ft. with Tempe Cycle at Tempe Plaza in Scottsdale, AZ; five years for 1,416 sq.ft. with Alltel Express at Fletcher Heights Marketplace in Scottsdale, AZ; five years for 2,684 sq.ft. with Boomer’s House of Bounce at Sossaman Square in Scottsdale, AZ; five years for 1,940 sq.ft. with Vitality MedSpa at Mountainview Plaza in Mesa, AZ; five years for 1,850 sq.ft. with Meal Makers at Lindsay Square in Scottsdale, AZ; 20 years for 33,105 sq.ft. with TCF Bank at 75th Ave & Cactus in Pittsburgh, PA and two years for 2,052 sq.ft. with TCF Bank at Greenfield Business Center in Mesa, AZ.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate (610-246-2606) signed a lease for 5,000 sq.ft. with Conestoga Bank, for the first unit of the recently formed financial institution, at The Shoppes at Eagle Village in Eagle, PA. 

 

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed a lease for 7,200 sq.ft. with Fuddruckers Restaurant at Roxbury Mall in Succasunna, NJ.  Area retail includes Dress Barn, Famous Footwear, Fortunoff Backyard, Home Depot, Kohl’s, Linens N Things, Mandee, McDonald’s, Panera Bread, Shop Rite and Staples.  Fuddruckers will occupy the former Chi Chi’s restaurant space.

 

The Mainardi Management Co. (973-696-9265) signed the following leases throughout NJ: 20 years for 41,500 sq.ft. with Whole Foods at Greentree Square Shopping Center in Marlton and 4,100 sq.ft. with Panera Bread at Radburn Shopping Center in Fair Lawn.

 

Century Town Center (800-778-6867) signed leases with Marshalls, HomeGoods, Olive Garden and Petco.  The 115,000 sq.ft. center located in Vero Beach, FL will break ground in the first quarter of 2007 and open in the first quarter of 2008.

 

NAI Houston (713-629-0500) signed the following leases throughout TX; 1,058 sq.ft. with Intima Womens Apparel; 7,187 sq.ft. with Wild Wing Café; 2,760 sq.ft. with D’Vine Wines at The Strand in Galveston and 2,400 sq.ft. with Half Price Boxes at West Memorial Shopping Center in West Houston.

 

Winick Realty Group (212-792-2601) signed a lease for a 5,000 sq.ft. restaurant at 236 Fifth Avenue between 27th and 28th Streets in New York, NY with the creator of NEYLA, a landmark restaurant in Washington, DC.  Neighboring retailers in the area include Jo Malone, Origins, MAC, Ann Taylor, Club Monaco, The Gap, Chase Bank, Jamba Juice and Banana Republic.  The new Mediterranean restaurant is scheduled to open in Winter 2006.

 

The Sembler Co. (727-384-6000) signed the following leases: 2,000 sq.ft. with Humberto Salon at Plaza Los Prados in Caguas, PR; 4,045 sq.ft. with Mattress Mall at Legacy Plaza in West Palm Beach, FL; 54,340 sq.ft. with Publix Super Market at Colony Plaza in The Villages, FL; 4,113 sq.ft. with Citi Bank at Legacy Plaza in West Palm Beach, FL.

 

McKinley (734-769-8520) signed the following leases: Fluke Hearing Instruments, specializing in hearing aids, for its third location at the Arbor Square Shopping Plaza in Ypsilanti, MI.  Cotenants include Subway, Rider’s Hobby Shop and Hasselberg Chiropractic; 5,770 sq.ft. with Bar Louie at McKinley Town Centre in Ann Arbor, MI.  Bar Louie has 18 other locations throughout the nation and is planning two other MI locations and plans to further expand throughout the state.

 

Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield (804-648-5881) signed the following leases with Sport Clips in the Richmond, VA market; 1,320 sq.ft. at Southshore Shopping Center; 1,700 sq.ft. at Virginia Center Station and 1,224 sq.ft. at the Shops at Tripps.  Sports Clips plans to open at least 15 locations in the Tidewater/Virginia Beach market.  Thalhimer/Cushman & Wakefield is the exclusive leasing representative for Sport Clips in VA.

 

Commercial Retail Advisors (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 1,200 sq.ft. with G.G. Tile and Stone, Inc. at Sahuarita Palms Plaza, a Safeway-anchored center in Sahuarita, AZ.

 

HootWinc, Inc. (760-966-3000) executed a lease for a Hooters restaurant at a former Denny’s in the Rancho Bernardo Industrial Park in Rancho Bernardo, CA.  The restaurant is scheduled to open in September 2006.

 

Larsen Baker, LLC (520-296-0200) signed a lease for 1,147 sq.ft. with Starbucks Corporation at Tucson Place Shopping Center in Tucson, AZ.

 

Petrie Ross Ventures (410-573-3800) signed a lease for 140,000 sq.ft. with Wegmans Food Markets at Woodmore Towne Centre at Glenarden in Prince George’s County, MD.  Marking Wegman’s third unit in MD, the 700,000 sq.ft. Woodmore Towne Centre is scheduled for a late 2008 opening.

 

Coldwell Banker Commercial (314-206-4600) signed the following leases at Hampton Village Plaza in St. Louis City, MO; 7,037 sq.ft. with Supermarket of Shoes and 4,588 sq.ft. with Lane Bryant.  Cotenants include Dobbs, Hollywood Video, Target and Walgreens
