Meyers Brothers is developing RiverStone Village, a center located at the intersection of Reinhardt College Parkway and Riverstone Boulevard in Canton, GA.  The center will include about 1.6 million sq.ft. of commercial and retail space.  The plan also calls for 1,169 residential units.  Plans are to complete the project by 2011.

JMJ Development, Inc. is planning to develop The Centre at Crossroads, an 80-acre, $75 million, 700,000 sq.ft. retail development located at the intersection of Parker Road and State Highway 121 in Lewisville, TX.  Area retail includes Vista Ridge Mall and Stonebriar Mall.  The plan is set to deliver the first retail space in 2007 and will accommodate retailers from 20,000 sq.ft. to 200,000 sq.ft.
