Lease Signings Commercial Retail Advisors (520-290-3200) signed a lease for 48,918 sq.ft. with Diamond Shamrock Arizona at Golder Ranch Plaza, a center located at the intersection of Oracle and Golder Ranch Roads in Catalina, AZ. The company will operate a self-service retail gasoline service station and convenience store. Opening is slated for the second quarter of this year.
Kowit & Passov Real Estate Group (216-514-5100) signed the following leases throughout OH: 10 years for 1,900 sq.ft. with Fatburger at City View Center located at the intersection of Interstate 480 and Transportation Boulevard in Garfield Heights. Anchors include Wal*Mart and Home Depot; 10 years for 3,560 sq.ft. with Lasik Plus at the intersection of Brecksville Road and Rockdale Road in Independence; and five years for 4,922 sq.ft. with Granite Transformations at Miles Point, a center located on Miles Road in Warrensville Heights.
Robert Brown & Associates, Inc. (757-459-2718) signed the following leases at Williamsburg Marketcenter located in Williamsburg, VA: 6,000 sq.ft. with Rack Room Shoes; 4,000 sq.ft. with S&K Menswear; 1,200 sq.ft. with Verizon Wireless and 1,200 sq.ft. with Super Cuts. The center is currently anchored by Ukrop’s Super Markets, Petco and Ross Dress For Less.
JBG Rosenfeld Retail (301-657-0700) signed a lease for 8,700 sq.ft. with Sakura Japanese Restaurant at Pike 7 Plaza, a 162,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Routes 7 and 123 in Tysons Corner, VA. Opening is slated for early next year. The center is anchored by Staples and is cotenanted by T.J. Maxx, Tower Records, Tweeter, Gold’s Gym, Kinko’s, Panera Bread and Starbucks.

Opening is slated for the fall. The company also signed a lease for 28,940 sq.ft. with Metro Cinema at Town Center Colleyville, a center located at the intersection of Hall Johnson and Highway 26 in Colleyville, TX.
GVA Williams of Connecticut (212-716-3500) signed a lease with HSBC Bank USA at The Corner at Split Rock, an 80,000 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Old Stratford Road and Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton, CT.
