Fameco Real Estate (610-834-8000) signed a lease for 6,700 sq.ft. with AutoZone on Aramingo Avenue near Lehigh in north Philadelphia, PA. The auto-related supplies store is slated to open in September. It was the fifth lease negotiated for the company in the last four years by Fameco. Among the other retailers at the location are WaWa, Eckerd, Applebee’s and Pizza Hut.
Mid-America Asset Management, Inc. (630-954-7300) signed leases with the following retailers at Poplar Creek Crossing, a 400,000 sq.ft. center located at the southwest corner of Routes 59 and 72 in Hoffman Estates, IL: Integrity Physical Therapy, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Subs and U.S. Cellular. Cotenants include T.J. Maxx, Kirkland’s, Linens ‘n Things, Cost Plus World Market, OfficeMax and Michael’s. Poplar Creek Crossing is currently 75% preleased.

(757-490-3585) signed the following leases with Ruby Tuesday: a 1.52-acre ground lease at the intersection of South Hughes Boulevard and Route 17 in Elizabeth City, NC; a 3.55-acre ground lease at KempsRiver Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA and a 0.75-acre ground lease at Little Creek East Shopping Center in Norfolk, VA.

Levin Management Corp. (201-796-7788) signed a lease for 20,000 sq.ft. with K&G Fashion Superstore at Capitol Plaza, a 356,845 sq.ft. center located at the intersection of Princeton Avenue and North Olden Avenue in Ewing Township, NJ. The center is cotenanted by A.J. Wright, Forman Mills, Fashion Bug, Ashley Stewart, American Furniture and Blockbuster Video. Area demographics include a population of 251,310 within five miles earning $74,223 as the average household income.

Hull Storey Retail Group (706-831-1716) signed a lease with The Red Pig Café at the Carolina Mall, a 603,000 sq.ft. mall in Concord, NC. The mall is anchored by JCPenney, Belk, Sears, Staples and Carolina Mall Cinema.
The Retail Connection, L.P. (214-572-0777) signed a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with Cork on McKinney Avenue in Dallas, TX. Cork is a new retail venture created by the Alan and Rick Golman of Quik-way. Cork will be a new approach to educating and retailing high-quality wines to the consumer.
Combined Properties, Inc. (202-736-2813) signed leases with Sport Chalet and Babies “R” Us at Foothill Town Center located in Foothill Ranch, CA. The center is situated on a land area of 11 acres and was previously occupied by a 104,000 sq.ft. HomeBase store. Combined Properties recently completed the first phase of development, subdividing the building to accommodate several national retail tenants. Sport Chalet occupies 50,410 sq.ft.

A lease was recently secured with Great Wraps and the restaurant will occupy space of 2,400 sq.ft.
Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed a lease with First Watch at Crocker Park in Westlake, OH. The restaurant specializes in breakfast, brunch and lunch. First Watch currently operates 52 restaurants throughout nine states.
