Real Estate Professionals Making The News Transwestern Commercial Services (213-430-2523) hired Jonathan J. Larsen, Eric B. Moore, J.D. DeRosa and Suzanne Lee as tenant advisory specialists. Larsen has been involved in real estate transactions valued at more than $1 billion and spent eight years at CB Richard Ellis. He had recently been a principal with Trammell Crow for more than 10 years. Moore has 16 years of tenant advisory experience, including leasing, acquisition and disposition projects, early renewal and lease restructuring. DeRosa has experience as a manager of commercial real estate transactions, including direct leases, subleases, buy-outs, takeovers, site selection, building analysis, financial analysis, negotiations, lease/purchase/sale strategies, tenant improvement contracts and architectural design. Lee specializes in representing commercial tenants. She recently worked with Colliers Seeley in Los Angeles, CA.
Colliers Lanard & Axilbund (215-925-4600) announced that David Dunkelman has been appointed vice president in the retail division. Dunkelman, who joined the company in 2000, has specialized in developing the retail division. He focuses on high-volume retailer rollouts and the leasing and selling of retail property in the NJ and Philadelphia, PA markets.
Miller Commercial Real Estate & Property Management (410-543-2440) announced that Bradley Gillis has joined the company as a commercial real estate specialist. He will specialize in commercial real estate development, sales and leasing in the Delmarva Peninsula.
Robert K. Futterman Property Advisors (212-599-3700) hired Warren Dauber, Jeremy Ezra and Matthew Focht as vice presidents. The three will be responsible for leasing large-scale retail projects and retail components of mixed-use developments. Dauber has over 15 years of experience. He was most recently a vice president with Related Retail Advisors, where he specialized in strategic planning, retail leasing, merchandising and site plan analysis for a portfolio of properties such as City Place in West Palm Beach, FL and the Palladium in Birmingham, MI; Focht has six years experience in retail leasing and development. He joined the company from Pyramid Companies, where he was a leasing representative responsible for the firm’s super-regional mall redevelopments with mixed-use lifestyle components in MA and NY; Ezra was most recently the real estate representative for Ann Taylor. He was responsible for all of Ann Taylor’s real estate issues for the Midwest, Mid-Atlantic and Southeast regions.
Legend Management Services, LLC (610-941-4034) hired Shanna Mackin as property manager. Prior to joining Legend, Mackin oversaw the day-to-day activities of 13 properties with over 200 tenants. As property manager of Legend Management, Mackin is responsible for overseeing, service and tenant relations of shopping centers. Legend Management is an affiliate of Legend Properties, Inc., a full-service commercial real estate firm with six offices covering the tri-state of DE, NJ and PA. The company also hired Brett Miller as a sales agent. Miller has over three years of commercial real estate experience after specializing in retail tenant representation and working in the Boston, MA region for several years.
Woolbright Development (561-989-2265) named James McEwen leasing associate. He will focus on the leasing of properties in the greater Tampa Bay, FL area and the west coast of FL. He will be based at East Lake Woodlands Shopping Center in Palm Harbor, FL. Prior to joining Woolbright Development, McEwen was a senior associate, director of retail leasing and development with Grubb & Ellis in Tampa, FL, where he managed the leasing and ground-up development of centers throughout FL. Prior to that, he was a broker with NAI Krauss Organization in Tampa, FL, where he handled the leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. |
