Metro Commercial Real Estate (847-412-9898) is representing Starbucks in the IL and northwest IN markets. Starbucks has recently signed a lease at Knoxville Avenue and Pioneer Parkway in Peoria, IL. The 2,000 sq.ft. store will be the fifth Starbucks location in the Peoria market.

Equity Retail Brokers (610-645-7700) principal Brain Wherty has assisted PNC Bank with its expansion in the Philadelphia metropolitan region with the completion of 15 new deals in eastern PA and southern NJ. Wherty closed 15 transactions within the past year. The bank branches occupy spaces of 3,700 sq.ft. in freestanding buildings. The most recently closed transaction was the acquisition of a corner location at the 12,000 sq.ft. Cross Keys Commons in Gloucester Township, NJ.
J&B Commercial, LLC (214-774-4240) is assisting Genghis Grill with the company’s expansion throughout TX. In the next 36 months, Genghis Grill plans to open eight to 10 corporate units in Houston and five locations in Dallas/Fort Worth. Additional locations are pending in FL, GA, IL, KS, MN, NV, TN and TX upon site selection or construction. There are 12 Genghis Grill restaurants operating throughout CO, IA, MN, TN and TX.
