Prudential Douglas Ellimans (800-355-4626) retail division has been selected for an exclusive agency assignment at 271 Bleecker Street in the West Village area of New York, NY. The space boasts approximately 2,000 sq.ft. on two levels and 13 feet of frontage. The site is near LOccitane.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate (847-412-9898) is representing Starbucks in the IL and northwest IN markets. Starbucks has recently signed a lease at Knoxville Avenue and Pioneer Parkway in Peoria, IL. The 2,000 sq.ft. store will be the fifth Starbucks location in the Peoria market.

 

The Lansco Corp. (212-644-2222) is exclusively representing Once Upon A Time, an upscale children’s store, and is looking for retail space in New York, NY from 500 sq.ft. to 1,000 sq.ft. Side street and mid-block spaces will be considered.

 

Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) has renewed the following exclusive leasing assignments: Hollywood Festival Center, a 135,056 sq.ft. Winn-Dixie-anchored center located at the intersection of Taft Street and northwest 66 th Street in Hollywood, FL and Winn-Dixie Center, a 163,670 sq.ft. Winn-Dixie-anchored center located  in Homestead, FL.

 

Crossman & Co. (407-581-6218) has been named exclusive leasing agent for Spanish Springs Town Center at The Villages on CR 466 in Orlando, FL. The 272,568 sq.ft. center is 95% leased.

 

Equity Retail Brokers (610-645-7700) principal Brain Wherty has assisted PNC Bank with its expansion in the Philadelphia metropolitan region with the completion of 15 new deals in eastern PA and southern NJ. Wherty closed 15 transactions within the past year. The bank branches occupy spaces of 3,700 sq.ft. in freestanding buildings. The most recently closed transaction was the acquisition of a corner location at the 12,000 sq.ft. Cross Keys Commons in Gloucester Township, NJ.

 

J&B Commercial, LLC (214-774-4240) is assisting Genghis Grill with the company’s expansion throughout TX. In the next 36 months, Genghis Grill plans to open eight to 10 corporate units in Houston and five locations in Dallas/Fort Worth. Additional locations are pending in FL, GA, IL, KS, MN, NV, TN and TX upon site selection or construction. There are 12 Genghis Grill restaurants operating throughout CO, IA, MN, TN and TX. Ideal locations are 3,000 sq.ft. to 3,500 sq.ft. Typical leases run 10 years with two, five-year renewal options.
