The company is also representing The UPS Store in its expansion into sites of 1,000 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft.  in strip and power centers throughout CT and Brooklyn, Bronx, Orange, Rockland and Westchester, NY. The company is also representing Angel Tips Nail Salon in its expansion into sites of 800 sq.ft. to 2,000 sq.ft. in supermarket-anchored shopping centers throughout CT, NJ and NY. In addition, the company is representing Popeye’s Chicken & Biscuits in the fast-food chain’s expansion into sites of 1,000 sq.ft. to 3,000 sq.ft. throughout CT, NJ and NY. For ground leases, the company requires a minimum lot size of 25,000 sq.ft. The company is also representing Petco as the pet supplies stores look to expand into FL with 13,000 sq.ft. to 17,000 sq.ft. locations. In addition, Atlantic Retail Properties is representing Filene’s Basement in the fashion and accessories stores’ expansion into sites of 30,000 sq.ft. to 40,000 sq.ft. throughout southeast FL. The company is also representing Ethan Allen in the furniture stores’ expansion into 18,000 sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft. locations throughout FL. The company is also representing Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse in the discount footwear stores’ expansion throughout FL into locations of 18,000 sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft. The company is also representing The Picture Factory in the home accessories stores’ expansion into sites of 14,000 sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft. throughout FL from Flagler County to Broward County. Atlantic Retail Properties is also representing Ace Hardware in its expansion throughout southeast FL into locations of 10,000 sq.ft. to 20,000 sq.ft. Jones Lang LaSalle Realty (912-927-0970) received the leasing and management contract for Inlet Square, a 433,548 sq.ft. regional mall in Asheville, NC anchored by Belk, Books-A-Million, JCPenney and Kmart, while Stein Mart is scheduled to open next year.
