New Construction Buchanan Partners is developing the Arcola Center, a 400-acre site located in the Dulles area of Loudon County, VA at the intersection of Route 50, Route 606 and Loudon County Parkway. The first phase of development will begin in 2007 with a 670,000 sq.ft. lifestyle center, followed by an adjacent mixed-use town center combining first-floor boutique stores and restaurants with second-story office space.
