Lease Signings U.S. Equities Realty (312-456-7074) signed a lease with Caffe RoM at the MetraMarket retail and restaurant development in Chicago, IL. Caffe RoM is a new concept from Café Baci that combines a European coffee bar, serving specialty coffees, pastries, paninis and gelato, with a contemporary wine bar. The restaurant will occupy a space of 2,900 sq.ft. and is slated to open late this year. Phase one of development is about 50% preleased. Nearby draws include the Ogilvie Transportation Center and the Chicago Transit Authority Green Line station at Lake Street and Clinton Street.

(727-384-6000) negotiated leases with: Panda Express at Boynton Town Center in Boynton Beach, FL; Just Brakes at Willow Bend Towne Centre in Land O Lakes, FL; Pearle Vision at Legacy Place in West Palm Beach, FL; Payless ShoeSource at North Springs Plaza in Coral Springs, FL and at Boynton Town Center; Sports Clips at Winter Garden Village in Winter Garden, FL; Ross Dress for Less at Park Street Retail Center in Seminole, FL; Eatza Pizza Buffet at Plaza Los Prados in Caguas, Puerto Rico; Jos. A. Bank and Hollywood Tans at Boynton Town Center; Kay Jewelers at Winter Garden Village and Galeria Art & Home Décor at North Springs Plaza.
Planned Community Developers, Ltd. (281-242-2000) signed leases with Mi Luna, Dessert Gallery Bakery & Café and Tacone Flavor Grill at the Sugar Land Town Square in Sugar Land, TX. The company represented the lessor in the transactions. Mi Luna, a Spanish tapas restaurant and bar, will occupy 3,694 sq.ft. on Texas Drive. Resource Commercial Real Estate Services represented Mi Luna. Dessert Gallery Bakery & Café, a gourmet dessert shop that serves sandwiches, wraps and salads, will occupy 2,711 sq.ft. on Lone Star Drive. Tacone Flavor Grill, a restaurant serving wraps and handmade, grilled sandwiches, will occupy 1,406 sq.ft. on Texas Drive. The Retail Properties Group represented the restaurant.
NAI Isaac (859-224-2000) negotiated the lease for Cingular Wireless at the intersection of Nicholasville Road and West Reynolds Road in Lexington, KY. The location will be a Cingular superstore and is located near Target. NAI Isaac represented Cingular Wireless.
Kudan Group, Inc. (847-724-7454) negotiated two leases in Chicago, IL. The company represented the owner in the leasing of 2925 North Southpart Avenue to Pella Windows. @Properties represented the tenant. The company represented the tenant in the lease of 5,000 sq.ft. on West Division Street. The lessees plan to open a wood-fired grilled organic pizza restaurant at the site during spring 2007. MGR Realty represented the owner.
CB Richard Ellis (212-984-6515) negotiated a lease with Justice Stores for 4,463 sq.ft. at The Glen Town Center in Glenview, IL.
Ludwig & Seely, Inc. (248-750-1700) represented the landlord in the leasing of 2,213 sq.ft. at Westway Plaza, located on Warren Road in Westland, MI, to Metro PCS. Metro PCS signed a five-year lease and is planning to open this month. The company also negotiated the lease for 1,525 sq.ft. at Airport Shopping Center, located on Highland Road in Waterford, MI, to Hearing Care Industries, P.C. The company represented the landlord and tenant, who signed a five-year lease and is planning to open during March. The company also negotiated the lease of 3,000 sq.ft. at Cranbrook Village, located on Eisenhower Boulevard in Ann Arbor, MI. Ludwig & Seeley represented the tenant, Plato’s Closet. The tenant signed a five-year lease and is planning to open during February. The company also signed a lease with Bargain Books for 19,303 sq.ft. at the Madison Flint Shopping Center in Flint, MI. The company represented the landlord.

Signature Associates (248-359-0614) negotiated the lease of 25,000 sq.ft. with Salvation Army on Grand River in Brighton, MI. The company represented the owner, JWS Properties, LLC. The Salvation Army plans to open in May.
