Real Estate Professionals Making The News Meridian Capital Group (212-612-0165) announced that Angela Mirizzi-Olsen has joined the company as an executive vice president. Mirizzi-Olsen will be leading a team involved in retail originations for shopping centers, outlet malls and properties involving retail and office space, large loan programs, structured finance and construction. She previously worked as a senior executive at Lighthouse Real Estate Partners and executive vice president of Park Avenue Bank.
Katz & Associates Corp. (561-361-7232) named Meredith M. Housman the director of real estate for the Southeast region. She will be based out of the company’s Boca Raton, FL office. Previously, Housman worked as the regional leasing manager for Ramco-Gershenson, a Detroit, MI-based REIT, and as a retail leasing representative for Edens & Avant.
Johnson Capital Express (949-851-8400), the small balance commercial real estate lending arm of Johnson Capital, hired David Lien as vice president. Lien will be responsible for national loan originations in Johnson Capital Express’ Newport Beach, CA office. Previously, he had regional and national sales responsibilities for Wells Fargo Bank, Credit Agricole, IBM Global Financing, IBM Consulting and NEC Solutions. |
