Julius M. Feinblum Real Estate (516-844-8890) hired Mark Cooper to handle factory programs, independent retailers, big box furniture retailers and to oversee the Gilbert Esplanade Home Furnishings Center. He had previously worked with Ethan Allen and Thomasville.

 

Arthur Weiner Enterprises (305-932-6202) has appointed Jamie E. Irwin as project leasing manager.  She will be responsible for leasing several projects, including the Fashion Outlet of Las Vegas and the Fashion Outlets of Niagara Falls.  Prior to joining the company, she was the manager of real estate for Polo Ralph Lauren.

 

Johnson Capital (310-286-7400) hired Michael D. Hunter as senior vice president in the company’s Los Angeles, CA office. Hunter comes to the company with 25 years of commercial real estate investment experience and previously worked as managing director at Newmark Knight Frank.

 

Konover Development Corp.’s (860-284-7200) Amy Luzi received the Barry M. Davis Memorial Next Generation Educational Scholarship from The International Council of Shopping Centers. She is the director of project management for Konover Development Corp.

 

Jones Lang LaSalle (732-590-3300) named Paul Giannone as executive vice president of its markets group. Giannone will be responsible for growing the firm’s market position in NJ and managing the new central NJ office.  He had previously served as managing principal for Newmark Knight Frank’s NJ region.

 

Katz & Associates Corp. (845-735-6666) has promoted Marlon Stone to senior vice president of the Midwest region. Stone will oversee all of the real estate activities for the company’s clients throughout the Midwest.

 

Ornstein Leyton Co. (516-222-0919) hired Brian Moss as director of commercial operations.  His responsibilities will include developing and operating a portfolio of community shopping centers and mixed-use properties focusing on the eastern region.  Moss spent 11 years as vice president of Shopping Center Realty.

 

National Realty & Development Corp. (800-932-7368) promoted Thomas M. Marciniec to president of the Regional Construction Corp., a division of National Realty & Development Corp.  Marciniec’s responsibilities will include overseeing and managing all facets of design and construction services for National Realty & Development Corp. and its clients, including retail, office, warehouse and residential developments. He has overseen the development of one million sq.ft. of Wal*Mart and Target-anchored retail centers located throughout CT and NJ.  Prior to joining Regional Construction Corp., he worked for 10 years with Turner Construction Co.

 

Noddle Cos. (402-496-1616) hired Paul R. Dietsch as vice president of administration and development.  His responsibilities will include administration of the financing, leasing and insurance processes for the company’s properties as well as the analysis and structuring of real estate development projects and new business developments. Dietsch previously worked with Fraser Stryker PC LLO since 1994.
