Lease Signings


Robert K. Futterman & Associates, LLC (212-599-3700) leased 1,800 sq.ft. to Starbucks for a site at the intersection of Hudson Street and West 10th Street in New York, NY. The company represented the site’s owner, RA Cohen and Associates. Northwest Atlantic represented Starbucks. The company also leased 900 sq.ft. to Fresh Fruit Bouquet Co. for a site at The Roosevelt Hotel located on Vanderbilt Avenue in New York, NY. The company represented the owner. In addition, the company represented Diesel’s 55DSL in the 1,600 sq.ft. lease for a store on Lafayette Street in New York, NY. Opening is slated for spring 2007. The company also leased 2,500 sq.ft. to the first Vera Wang ready-to-wear boutique in New York, NY on Mercer Street. The company represented Vera Wang, while Cushman & Wakefield represented the owner, BMH Associates, LLC. Opening is scheduled for fall.

 

The Katsias Co. (757-490-3585) signed a lease for 10,230 sq.ft. with Planet Fitness at Holland Plaza Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA.

 

KeyPoint Partners, LLC (781-418-6243) negotiated a lease with Lowe’s Home Improvement for a location at Town Plaza in Essex, VT. The company represented the landlord.

 

Crosland, Inc. (704-529-1166) signed leases with the following retailers at The Village Shops at Blakeney in Charlotte, NC: 1,200 sq.ft. with Looby Loo; 2,566 sq.ft. with My Gym; 3,765 sq.ft. with Sweet & Sassy and 9,265 sq.ft. with Banana Republic.   The 495,000 sq.ft. center is tenanted by Chili’s, Cold Stone Creamery, Coldwater Creek, Five Guys Famous Burgers and Fries, Great Clips, Harris Teeter, My Nails, PostNet, Salad Creations, Starbucks, SunTrust, Target, Wachovia and White House/Black Market

 

Main Street Property Services (925-299-8170) negotiated the leasing of 853 sq.ft. to The Yarn Boutique for a site at La Fiesta Square in Lafayette, CA on Moraga Road. The company represented the landlord.

 

Metro Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (201-720-2300) signed the following leases:  3,220 sq.ft. with Cosi at Cranford Crossing on South Union Avenue in Cranford, NJ; 5,000 sq.ft. with Blue Tulip at Downtown at Englewood in Englewood NJ; at Eagle Rock Commons in Roseland, NJ: 1,165 sq.ft. with Ryan Kemble Dry Cleaning Station; 2,081 sq.ft. with Manhattan Bagel and 2,676 sq.ft. with Floris Spa.  Area retailers include Commerce Bank and Walgreens.

 

Ludwig & Seeley, Inc. (248-750-1700) signed a lease with Zoup for a 1,962 sq.ft. location in Sheldon Place Shopping Center in Plymouth, MI. The company represented the landlord. Opening is slated for April. The company also represented the landlord and tenant in the negotiation of a 2,600 sq.ft. lease with Maple Market for a store in Mapleside Shopping Center in Troy, MI. Opening is scheduled for next month.

 

Addison Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (904-354-1789) signed the following leases with Times Grill in Jacksonville, FL: 2,751 sq.ft. in San Jose Professional Center on San Jose Boulevard; 4,000 sq.ft. in Normandy Village on Normandy Boulevard; 4,200 sq.ft. in Point Meadows Shopping Center; 4,200 sq.ft. in Ortega Marketplace on Roosevelt Boulevard and 4,200 sq.ft. in Hodges Point Plaza at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Hodges Boulevard.

 

Rockrose Development Corp. (212-375-1155) signed a five-year lease with Blue Streak Wine and Spirits for a 1,000 sq.ft. location on Center Boulevard in New York, NY. The store will be located on the ground floor of the EastCoast, a mixed-use project. Opening is slated for July.

The Retail Connection, LP (214-572-8401) represented Robertson’s Creek Shopping Center with a 7,800 sq.ft. lease to Kirkland’s Home Store. The site is located in Flower Mound, TX at the intersection of FM 2499 and Dixon Lane. The 350,000 sq.ft. center is slated to open this month. The company also represented Blazin’ Wings, Inc. with a 5,252 sq.ft. lease to Buffalo Wild Wings at Landmark Lakes Center in Fort Worth, TX.

 

The Goldstein Group (201-703-9700) signed the following leases throughout NJ: with The UPS Store on Orient Way in Rutherford.  Area retailers include Bank of America, Coldwell Banker, Dunkin’ Donuts, Sherwin Williams and Quiznos; with The UPS Store at Roselle Shopping Center on Raritan Road in Roselle; with The UPS Store on Union Place in Summit; with Allstate at Lowe’s Shopping Center on Route 17 in East Rutherford. Area retailers include BJ’s Wholesale Club, Casual Male, Chili’s, Dollar Tree, Panera Bread, Rockaway Bedding and Staples; with Allstate at Rock Road in Glen Rock and with Allstate at Martin Shopping Center on Route 46 in Fairfield.  Area retailers include Drug Fair and Dunkin’ Donuts.

 

GBA Realty, LLC (407-383-7182) negotiated the following leases in FL: A 10-year lease of 6,459 sq.ft. with E&O Fusion at Winter Spring Town Center in Winter Spring; a 10-year lease of 2,150 sq.ft. with Sarku Bistro at Phillips Landing in Orlando; a 10-year lease of 1,400 sq.ft. with Lamour Nail & Spa at Stoneybrook Marketplace in Orlando; a five-year lease of 1,500 sq.ft. to Central Nail & Spa at Gibbs Plaza in Deland; a 10-year lease of 1,400 sq.ft. with Bamboo Wok at Highland City Town Center in Lakeland and a 10-year lease of 1,050 sq.ft. with Li Jing Chinese restaurant at Town & Country in Palatka.

 

New Plan (212-869-3000) signed leases with the following retailers at Antoine Square, a 54,512 sq.ft. center located on Antoine Drive in Houston, TX: 7,387 sq.ft. with AutoZone; 18,000 sq.ft. with 99 Cents Only and 24,154 sq.ft. with Fallas Paredes. The company also signed leases with the following retailers at Braes Heights Shopping Center located on Bellaire Boulevard in Houston, TX: 1,699 sq.ft. with Tiger Lilly Boutique; 6,002 sq.ft. with Parker School Uniform and 6,600 sq.ft. with Terlingua Border Café.  The 100,487 sq.ft. center is tenanted by CVS, I.W. Marks Jewelry and Shoe Cents. Parker School Uniform is scheduled to open by the start of the 2007 school year and Tiger Lilly Boutique and Terlingua Border Café are projected to open in November 2007.

 

Venture Real Estate Group (949-721-8600) completed a lease with Nifty After Fifty, a 9,000 sq.ft. fitness and wellness center located in Garden Grove, CA on Valley View Street. The lease term is for six years.
