Across America Real Estate Corp. (303-893-1003) appointed John Whiteson as its national sales manager. He will be in charge of the company’s national efforts of providing 100% funding for single-tenant retail sites and oversee its sales team throughout the country. Previously, Whitson was the national retail leasing manager and head of acquisitions development at DBSI.

Retail Brokers, Inc. (480-894-6363) hired Bret Williams as a retail specialist. He had previously worked in sales with DR Horton-Continental Series, as well as Monterey Homes, US Home and Maracay Homes. RBI Management Services California, Inc. named Denise White director of property management for the company’s Riverside, CA office. She had previously been vice president of Strata Realty, Inc. RBI provides retail brokerage services with offices in CA, NM and NV.

BOSC Equities, LLC (313-237-7783) named Patricia Kalmbach vice president of finance. She had formerly been president of Avis Enterprises. BOSC is acquiring urban in-fill and mixed-use sites in need of redevelopment nationwide.

Menin Development Cos. (561-282-5717) hired Marc Yavinsky as executive vice president. He will coordinate acquisitions, new growth opportunities and financing for the company in major U.S. markets. Previously, Yavinsky was branch manager of the Boca Raton, FL office of Capmark Finance, Inc.

Madison Marquette (415-277-6800) named Richard M. Wolf senior vice president of leasing to be based in the company’s Los Angeles, CA office. He will be the senior leasing executive for the western region and will provide strategic direction and oversight for the company’s portfolio of leasing assignments.

Crosland (407-856-4899) promoted Scott Lay to director of land development for the company’s Tampa, FL operations. He will manage community infrastructure development for the company’s residential developments as well as its mixed-use projects.

GVA Williams (203-961-6591) hired Rich DiDonato as vice president in the retail leasing division of the company’s Stamford, CT office. He had previously worked as vice president of Coach.
