| Lease Signings Legend Properties, Inc. (215-599-0312) leased four spaces at The Shops at City View, located on Hamilton Street in Philadelphia, PA: 4,000 sq.ft. with PNC Bank; 3,500 sq.ft. with Coji Japanese Restaurant; 1,500 sq.ft. with Java Brewing and 1,500 sq.ft. with Polaris Nails. Neal Realty & Investments, Inc. (954-568-0530) signed the following five-year leases throughout FL: 1,544 sq.ft. with One Price Cleaners for five years at the Shoppes of Cooper City II located at the intersection of Flamingo Road and Sheridan Street in Cooper City; 2,700 sq.ft. for five years with Hot Dogs Galore at University Shoppes located at the intersection of University Drive and Inverrary in Lauderhill. Regency Properties (812-424-9200) signed a lease for 2,500 sq.ft. with El Jalieco at the River Creek Village, a 130,044 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and Wilson Creek Road in Aurora, IN. The Mexican restaurant is scheduled to open during May. Barnes & Noble, Inc. (212-633-330) signed a lease at the Chesterfield Towne Center located on the Midlothian Turnpike in Richmond, VA. The bookstore is slated to open March 2008. Zell Commercial Real Estate, Inc. (602-248-0600) signed the following leases throughout AZ: 900 sq.ft. with Raspados del Sol at Plaza 46 located on East Thomas Road in Phoenix; 1,300 sq.ft. with Payson Shoe Store at Ponderosa Village located on East Highway 260 in Payson; 3,150 sq.ft. with Snap Fitness at Fiesta Palms Shopping Center located on South Alma School Road in Mesa and 6,500 sq.ft. with CSK Auto at Columbia Plaza located on West Camelback Road in Phoenix. Sansone Group, Inc. (314-727-6664) signed the following leases: 2,000 sq.ft. with Panda Chinese Express at the Hunters Ridge Shopping Center in Gahanna, OH; 2,986 sq.ft. with Payless Shoe Source at the South Lakeview Plaza on Lemay Ferry Road in St. Louis, MO; 6,800 sq.ft. with Shoe Carnival at the Prairie Crossing Shopping Center in Quincy, IL; 7,950 sq.ft. with Gen X at the Buzz Westfall Plaza on the Boulevard located on West Florissant Avenue in Jennings, MO; 9,000 sq.ft. with Marty’s & City Gear at the Plaza on the Boulevard located on West Florissant Avenue in Jennings, MO and 20,000 sq.ft. with Best Buy at the Prairie Crossings Shopping Center in Quincy, IL. Goodman Real Estate Services Group, LLC (216-381-8200) signed a lease with Pearle Vision at The Greens of Strongsville in Strongsville, OH. Goodman Real Estate Services represents Pearl Vision exclusively in northeast OH. Alberta Development Partners, LLC (303-771-4004) signed the following leases at The Streets of SouthGlenn, a 1.1 million sq.ft. redevelopment project in Denver, CO: 31,000 sq.ft. with Best Buy; 37,000 sq.ft. with Barnes & Noble; 50,000 sq.ft. with Dick’s Sporting Goods; 58,000 sq.ft. with Whole Foods and with American Screen Works for a 14-screen theater. The project is scheduled to open summer 2008. Prudential Douglas Elliman (800-355-4626) signed a lease for 1,500 sq.ft. with Ports 1961 on Melrose Place in Los Angeles, CA. The vertical retailer operates upscale ladies apparel boutiques throughout Canada.
