Echo Real Estate Services Co. is preleasing Grove at Wesley Chapel, a specialty retail, restaurant and entertainment development located at the intersection of Interstate 75 and SR 54 in Pasco County, FL. The center is being developed by Cornerstone Real Estate Advisors. The project will be built in three phases with the first phase, the "Orange Quarter," to occupy 327,666 sq.ft. Phase two will include more than 207,590 sq.ft. and is slated to open during next spring and phase three, consisting of 176,174 sq.ft., is slated to open during next summer.
