Opening is slated for fall 2009. Situated on 57 acres, the site has spaces available of 2,000 sq.ft. to 30,000 sq.ft. and outlots of one acre to four acres. Wal*Mart is planning to relocate to the center from an existing nearby location. The average daily traffic count is 16,000 vehicles. Area demographics include a population of 81,000 within 15 miles earning $49,000 as the average household income. Area retail includes Foodland Market, Shop N Save Market, Tractor Supply and D & K Stores. The company is also preleasing Butler Crossing, a 226,000 sq.ft. power center situated on 38 acres at the intersection of New Castle Road and Hindman Road in Butler, PA. Spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to 25,000 sq.ft. are available, as well as outlots of 1.22 acres, 1.6 acres and 2.39 acres. Opening is slated for spring or summer 2008. Ross Dress for Less will anchor the site with cotenants including Office Depot, Michaels, Petco and Butler Regional Hospital Outpatient & Medical Office Complex. The average daily traffic count is 22,000 vehicles. Area demographics include a population of 163,000 within 15 miles earning $61,000 as the average household income. Spaces of 6,500 sq.ft.; 10,000 sq.ft.; 18,000 sq.ft. and 24,000 sq.ft. are available. The 109,000 sq.ft. center has an average daily traffic count of 73,000 vehicles and is slated to open during the summer or fall of 2008.
