The mixed-use center is located on 800 acres. Plans for the site include a lifestyle center and hotel that will encompass up to 1.5 million sq.ft. The fitness centers feature 24-hour access, sport courts and rock-climbing caverns, along with an assortment of cardiovascular and weight machines. The company currently operates one other fitness center in San Antonio at The Legacy located at the intersection of Loop 1604 and U.S. Highway 281. Target (800-440-0680) is planning to open a store at the Dulles 28 Centre located at the intersection of Route 28 and Waxpool Road in Loudon County, VA during July. Signed tenants for the center include Chevy Chase Bank, PNC Bank, Hair Cuttery, Bubbles Salon, Pei Wei, California Tortilla, Cold Stone Creamery, Cheeburger Cheeburger and Z Pizza. The two-level store will occupy a space of 7,000 sq.ft. and will feature items from Umbra and Umbra & Studio Collection. The company designs and manufactures products for the home, including picture frames, window treatments, kitchenware, tabletop accessories, bathroom accessories, decorative hardware and furniture. Its products are available at over 25,000 retailers in 75 countries worldwide. Jo-Ann Stores, Inc. Average daily traffic counts to the center include 141,500 vehicles on Interstate 595 and 27,500 vehicles on 136th Avenue. Cotenants include Starbucks, Chipotle, Max Muscle, Subway, Mattress Giant, Nail Trix and Sprint. Cost-U-Less, Inc. (425-945-0213) is planning to open a Cost-U-Less supermarket in the Cayman Islands during the year.
